Real Escapes Properties is proud to introduce you to one of the nicest units available at the Beach Club on St. Simons - Unit #307. Everything in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath ocean front condominium has been renovated and updated!

This residence features a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, private balcony with ocean views, and combined living and dining area. The dining room seats six comfortably and there are two additional bar seats at the counter. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen tv and a gorgeous en-suite bath with separate walk-in shower and garden tub. The guest room has a queen size bed, flat screen tv and shares access to the balcony with the master bedroom. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Your balcony views are facing the North Breakers complex on the left side of the Beach Club.

The Beach Club is the largest oceanfront complex on the island and known as a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles. (Parking passes will be provided for each unit.) ****
• Oceanfront Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Pier Village
**** NOTE: During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything looked really clean but the floors were filthy. And there was soda spew on the plantation shutters in the living area . The master bed was too high hard to get in but was very comfortable once you got settled. Sheets were not deep enough for the thick bed. Also toliet in hall bath was very rocky.

Very clean. Had extra items, such as a beach toys and a pack n play for our baby to sleep in. Very close to the beach and down town area. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

The condo itself was very nice and well laid out. Everything needed in the kitchen was available and the master bed was very comfortable. Tons of towels although a few need replacing. Water pressure was great and really loved the master bath. Nice to have the washer and dryer as well. The property was beautiful with lots of greenery. Pool was great with tons of lounges and a kids pool. Side view of the ocean although you do look directly into another property. One disappointing issue was beach access was unavailable. There is quite a long path from the property to the beach and unfortunately the path (note this is a dirt path and not a boardwalk) was quite underwater during our stay, so we were not able to get on the beach from the property at all. Several people tried as well and turned back as the water came up over their knees, so this was not advantageous for anyone with small children, older adults with mobility issues or for pulling any carts. No umbrella/chair service was available either although you could call for this. We ended up going down to the King and Prince (very short drive) and using that public access which also had beach chairs/umbrellas to rent. It was disappointing for myself and my family to not have direct beach access and having to drive to another property but we managed to have a nice time regardless. Highly recommend Crabdaddy's and Halyard's for dinner.

The oven needs to be looked at as it takes forever to heat up. Other than those two issues its a nice place.

The condo was exactly as pictured, it was beautiful and clean! This was the perfect place for our family of five, including three small children. Centrally located on East Beach and all of the attractions and eating at St. Simon’s. Our kids especially loved the beach access and the pool. Highly recommend!

Great unit in a nice property for families

Recently updated unit that was perfect for a family of 5, including a 1 and 3 year old. Everything was as advertised. Very quick access to the pool and not much further to the beach even with young children. Check in and check out process is seamless, we had a very good experience on this trip.

Power outage

Early sat am. 7/22. Power went out at 2 am. Ac and master bedroom. All kitchen appliances - beeping !! . Came back on at 6 am. Was 76 degrees by then with NO fans Washing machine and dryer should be on website as small apartment size. Could only fit 2 towels at a time.

Nice place!

The property was nice and in a location convenient to most attractions. The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing i would change is a real coffee maker (not keurig) and the pillows on the king were unbearably hard and large. Small issues, nice unit!

Enjoyed 4 days of fun with a small group of GF's. The location is great. One hot tub jets didn't work, but I informed the property manager - left before checking to see if fixed.

Unit was very clean and well stocked.

Furnished nicely. The master bedroom was spacious and so was the bathroom. However, the water had an iron smell and taste. The king bed had a 3-4 inch topper that was pretty soft. The mattress should probably be replaced for a comfortable bed. Also, no extra pillows to select for sleeping. Luckily, we brought our own. The king pillows were huge and not good. Overall, we enjoyed the unit. A bit tricky figuring out how to use the TV remotes and on the last morning, the family room TV wouldn't turn on. The building was very quiet and the community pool was lovely and walking ditance to the beach.
