This beautiful two bedroom, three story cabin with two full and two half baths is conveniently located 1.3 miles from The Parkway, only minutes away from some of Pigeon Forge’s most popular destinations. Explore Dollywood, which is less than seven miles away, go to one of many exciting dinner shows or museums the area offers, or take in some of the beautiful scenery of the outdoors. No worries about steep driveways or narrow mountain roads when driving to this cabin!

Blackberry Splash is part of Blackberry Ridge Resort Community. Each of its two bedrooms has a king bed and its own full bath. Two queen sleeper sofas and two additional half baths accommodate eight guests comfortably. (MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 8 PEOPLE, INCLUDING CHILDREN.) The level parking area for this cabin is conveniently located right out front.

When you step inside, you’ll get the cabin feeling when you see the beautiful natural wood on the walls of the main level. That feeling will carry over into the two bedrooms, which are decorated with rustic log furniture. We have the best internet package offered by Xfinity at 1000 MB download speed to make sure all your devices have great access to the internet. Speeds vary by device, but often see speeds in excess of 500 MB down.

The well-appointed kitchen with bar seating and a dining table is at the front of the cabin’s main level. The living room at the back has a 65” Smart TV and comfy seating for relaxing with your family or friends. The sofa pulls out to sleep two guests. The deck outside of the living room has a gas grill and seating for outdoor dining.

The bedroom on the main level has a king-size bed, in-room spa tub, 58” Smart TV, and its own full bathroom. Bath and bed linens are provided, as well as a starter set of soap and shampoo.

When you go down the stairs to the next level, you’ll find the cabin’s game and theater room where you’ll be sure to want to spend many hours playing games and watching movies. Play your favorite retro video games on the Multicade that features sixty of the classics, such as Pacman, Donkey Kong, and Centipede. If you want a break from electronics, try your hand at foosball or shuffleboard. Watch your favorite movie or play Xbox on a 110” screen. Bring your own movie or choose from our movie library. There is a half bath attached to this room for your convenience. This room also includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping and a deck for outdoor relaxing.

The bedroom on this level has a king-size bed, in-room spa tub, and a 58” Smart TV. The washer and dryer are housed in the full bath attached to this bedroom.

Go down the stairs to the cabin’s lowest level, and you and your kids will be delighted to find a heated indoor pool. Everyone will appreciate the gentleness of saltwater on the skin and the lack of a strong chlorine smell. The door to this area is equipped with a lock for the safety of our younger guests. This level also has its own half bath. Patio seating is provided. The hot tub is located on the deck outside of the pool room. Blackberry Ridge Resort Community also has an outdoor pool, which is open during the warmer months.

This cabin will be a delight to you on your vacation. It is equipped with fun activities to keep you busy and having fun without ever leaving the cabin but is close enough to popular area attractions so that you’ll have an easy ride getting to them.
