Being located in Brewster gives this home easy access to all corners and reaches of Cape Cod. In addition to the nearby pools and tennis, pickleball courts are now open and can be accessed by purchasing a pass. Want to spend a day in Provincetown? It is only 32 miles away. Planning a trip to the National Seashore? Only 18 miles away. If you want to stay local there are numerous beaches in Brewster including Ellis Landing Beach only 1.4 miles away! To top it all off, this unit is located directly in the middle of the stunning Ocean Edge Resort Golf Course which is known on the Cape to be the most beautiful resort available.

Things to Know:
For access to the pool/entertainment center, guests will need to pay $25 per day (per person) for an amenities pass at the The Links Club House membership office. Guests may purchase up to six passes - it allows access to the pool and fitness center. Guests will have to fill out a form and then pick up passes membership center, located outside the golf pro shop. Kids under six years of age are free, and passes for guests 15 years and younger cost $10 per day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
