Sunset Cottage with Beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain Views

I'm grew up traveling around the world with my military family. This experience gave me an appreciation for small communities, beautiful locations, and adventure. Thirteen years ago, my family and I intentionally chose to settle in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Few places I've seen offer the piece, natural variety, and welcoming community that this area provides. I love our home and am proud to share it with you. My husband and I built the cottage about 10 years ago and recently remodeled it to add a kitchenette and offer it for rent. We pride ourselves on providing a 5-star experience and guarantee you a restful, private experience.

The Sunset Cottage sits on a knoll in the Crabtree Community outside of Waynesville, North Carolina. I believe we have some of the most breathtaking mountain sunsets you'll see anywhere. Our property is easy to access from I-40. The driveway is gradual and can be accessed by any type of car. You'll park under a covered carport and access the cottage from a private entrance off your private, covered patio. The bedroom has a cozy queen bed, and our sofa has a fold-out, memory foam mattress. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, convection oven/microwave, and 2 burner cooktop. Enjoy a delicious meal inside or on the patio. Light a fire in your fire pit and watch the sunset.
