Beautifully renovated and fully furnished with large covered porch overlooking running creek. Tucked away on five acres with awesome blue ridge mountain views, this private cabin is perfect for couples, honeymooners and folks looking to get away.

After a day of exploring, kick your shoes off and lie down on an incredibly comfortable queen size bed with luxury linens and a wood burning fireplace to set a romantic mood. The kitchen is fully stocked, and even has spices and oil to cook up a great meal. The living area has plenty of seating and a large, flat screen TV with Cable in place and free FAST Wifi. Your cabin comes with a huge front porch overlooking a stream and Mini Waterfall! Between the relaxing sounds of the flowing creek and calming of ambient noise of nature, rest and relaxation here we come...

Although you are tucked on the side of a mountain with plenty of privacy, you are minutes from a grocery store and all the amenities the area has to offer. We are also pet friendly and have plenty of areas of explore on the property to walk your furry friend.

The Town of Waynesville is a great place to visit in any season. Whether one is looking to explore the mountains during their beautiful summers, gaze at the natural splendor of fall leaf changes, or view snow covered mountains during the winter, the town offers such vacationing for any preference. With their proximity to the natural wonders of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park as well as the famous Blue Ridge Parkway, town is truly a place of recreational opportunity. Perhaps one of the townā€™s greatest assets is its unique and lively Main Street, featured here on this webcam. Cozy Mountain Creek Cabin a great place to get away

This was our second stay this summer. We love this little cabin. It is so clean, well stocked, and so relaxing to set on the porch and listen to the little creek and have your worries melt away! Host is always super responsive to any questions or needs. We hope to be visiting many more times in the future.

Beautiful cozy cabin with amazing views

This is gorgeous property with amazing mountain views. The cabin overlooks a mountain creek that was so relaxing to look at and listen to. We loved the cabin and it was very clean and comfortable too. I only wish it had a king size bed. However I highly recommend this cabin.

Our stay in the Garage

Me, my wife and our dog had wonderful and comfortable stay here. With literally everything from laundry to a dishwasher, this place has all the amenities one could want. It was clean and the property was well maintained. Good communication with MJ and privacy to boot! We would love to.come back!

Beautiful cabin!

My husband and I stayed at this cabin starting Monday Sept 23rd 2024. We loved the location, the cabin and the babbling brook off the coveted patio! But unfortunately we had to leave 2 days early due to hurricane Helene. We got out just in time. But while we were there we loved every minute! And MJ was a dream to work with!

Heavenly vacation cabin in Waynesville, NC

What a beautiful, private cabin in the woods. The brook and waterfalls are so restful and can be enjoyed from the private porch. I spent my birthday here and it was a wonderful week. Historic Waynesville is a short drive away. I will be back. Thank you, MJ and Steve.

We have been happily married for 35 years. Steve's background is construction and carpentry. MJ has been an owner/operator of preschools for over 30 years. We have been remodeling homes almost all of our married life. We have the vision of making a disaster into a beautiful home. We bought this property in 2006. The main house was a shell and after 16 trips from Florida, the house is so warm and beautiful. The cabin was a 3 car garage that we started converting in Spring 2014. It will be finished in July 2016. Everything is new in kitchen, stainless steel appliances with dishwasher and above stove microwave, bathroom with tub and shower, queen bedroom and living room furniture, washer/dryer, HVAC and patio furniture. It is a wonderful place for 2 people to get away from it all and just relax!!!
