Big and beautiful 6000 SF home, direct waterfront on the Mandalay Channel on Clearwater Beach. We have all "5" STAR reviews !! Party's of 10 to 15 people.
No car not needed, everything in walking distance !! Large patio directly overlooking the water. Large "KING" master suite. 5 Queen beds and 4 twins. Large dock and sitting area. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, graduations , corporate events and all types of celebrations. (xtra fees)

We are the ONLY house on the beach that is direct waterfront with docks and water access that can accommodate groups larger than 10 people.
We have a 4 night minimum.

Our location is located within walking distance of everything on Clearwater Beach. Dining, shopping, sports such as fishing , Paddleboards, bike , jet ski and boat rentals near by.
No car needed.

Perfect house and location for our family of 7. Everything on the island is convenient and the host was super responsive. Fishing, kayaking, and just relaxing, enjoying the amazing views, we all had a wonderful time. I highly recommend and hopefully we will get to come back!

Great stay

We enjoyed our week at the property. It was stocked with the essentials and the location was perfect for walking to the beach each day. The owners were on site in another unit and very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Family Reunion

Very clean and conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. House is well stocked with beach chairs, towels, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to host a large party.

Fabulous home with great location!

We had a family get together and this home was perfect! It is very spacious, clean, great views with a convenient location. It was nice that the owners are there for any questions you might have. Great communication and we hope to stay here again!!!

Beautiful location and a short walk to a beautiful beach

Plenty of space to sleep and sit. Super close to a nice beach as well as shopping and dining. AC and fans kept us comfortable. Plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Spectacular view of the water and we even saw dolphins!

Great Family House

Plenty of bedrooms and beds for a party of 12. We enjoyed the view on the patio in the mornings and a short 7 minute walk to the beach for sunsets. Plenty of bath and beach towels for everyone; there was even an umbrella for the beach and a couple of kayaks for the inlet! Great memories made at this house!

Christmas on the Bay

Lovely, spacious, flexible property in a quiet part of Clearwater Beach. we only slept 12 but easily fed 17 for Christmas dinner. The host was responsive and accommodating in every way.

Beautiful home in a great location

Our family had such a wonderful vacation ! This home is located on the water and we loved sitting out back enjoying the sunshine and views . It was conveniently located to the beach and many restaurants which we walked to daily. The house is comfortable and has a large dining table to have family dinners . It was the perfect place for my family which included our four sons , wives, and granddaughter to all have plenty of room . I would definitely stay here again !

Great family vacation

Wonderful place on the water. We saw Dolphins from the porch. Short walk to beach and restaurants. The parking was the hardest since we had 4 vehicles. We did bring our own high chair there was not one there. There is laundry on site which was great. Kitchen was stocked. Very roomy and cool! We enjoyed it very much.

Family getaway

We were a group of 9, ages 4-75. The property was clean and comfortable, and located close enough to the action, while still managing to be serene.Kirsten was easy to work with and as accommodating as we could have asked for. I could spend pages raving about this property, but I’ll end with this. DOLPHINS EVERYWHERE!

Great house, location and everything!

I’ve been going to Clearwater beach for 20 years on business so when I saw the location I already knew it was prime. The house was spacious and sleeps quite a few people comfortable. It’s right on the water with a private doc you can fish from. My son loved it. The host was very helpful when we had a problem with the website. Very close to the beach. You can actually walk and rent umbrellas and chairs from Palm Pavillion for 25 bucks a day. All of the bars and restaurants are very close as well. The windows in the master facing the water are awesome to wake up to. Great place. I’ll stay again for sure.

Great Place for a Family Gathering

We needed a large place for our extended family members to stay on advance of our daughters wedding. The waterfront home was perfect, with plenty of cool air from the AC units. There were plenty of rooms and beds, with a spacious kitchen and dining area on the main floor. The covered patio was perfect for evening conversations and dolphin sightings, and several of us were able to catch some fish from the patio, too! Located in a quiet private neighborhood, it was only a short 5-minute walk to Clearwater Beach, and 10-15 minutes to the larger shopping area and the pier. We had no issues with the property overall and Patti, the property manager, responded promptly to all our questions about the home and the surrounding area.

Great Location

The house is very nicely located on the north side of the island but not too far north. You can still easily walk to numerous restaurants, bars and the beach. The management company and Kirsten were very easy to deal with. House was well equipped with everything you'd need. We had some concerns abut no washer and dryer in the house but there is one literally 10 feet away and you can use it anytime no problem. One huge plus is the jet ski rental company next door and Kirsten's nephew (Cam) at Coastal Chaos Charters for fishing. We used both and were very pleased. In regard to fishing at the house, we seemed to do much better off the dock than the porch. As for the beach, if you walk to the beach by the Speedway (almost straight across), you can rent an umbrella an chairs for only $25 a day. However, actually liked driving north a little bit and going to the quieter, much smaller and less crowded beaches. Got a $25 parking ticket for parking on the street but well worth it to park right next to a great spot for all day. Overall, great location and house.

Perfect getaway! We all loved it!

There were six of us total, and we had PLENTY of room! The upstairs master with all those beautiful windows was spectacular! The beds were comfy and the views were absolutely amazing! Outstanding Stay

This was a very roomy house for 13 of us. Short walk to the beach, but on the water…best of both worlds! Great to sit on the porch or dock and watch for dolphins, manatees, sting rays, pelicans and more!! The host, Kirsten, was outstanding and very helpful and knowledgeable (her Husband was great as well)!

Family vacation for Dad's 80th Birthday

Everything was excellent. The house was roomy and lots of bathrooms. Also had things to take to the beach really nice. The beach and shops were walking distance. The manager was very helpful and just a phone call away. Enjoy our stay.

Great Trip

House is in an amazing location overlooking the bay. Grilling on the patio and watching the dolphins was a great last night to spend with my family visiting from overseas. The house was very clean and beach towels and all other necessities were waiting for us when we arrived. We only had a group of 6 so we had the pick of rooms but this is idea for a large family or even 2 families (maybe more depending on how many kids you have) sharing. House is a short walk into town and to the beach also. I would definitely look for this house again given a large enough group.

Bachelor Party Perfect Set up

We had a large group of guys on this trip, and there was more than enough room for everyone to sleep perfectly. Not to mention, there was never anyone waiting to get into a restroom...which is huge! The location was fantastic - quick 6 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and bars about 10 minutes away. Easy to get an UBER if leaving the island. Would definitely come back.

Absolutely heavenly! Best family family vacation ever.

The house was exactly as described and comfortably accomodated 14 of us - with enough bathrooms - which is pretty important with teenagers and a couple little divas! We LOVED the back patio where we hung out, went kayaking, saw dolphins, manitees, stingrays, and the boys caught a seahorse! We went for the beautiful Clearwater Beach (and it was awesome) but we were so pleasantly surprised with everything to do at the house. Kristen iis the ultimate hostess - we will go back again!

Perfect Venue! Great Host’s!

The host’s and the property were absolutely amazing! The home is spacious and beautiful with all the intangibles that you are looking for in a vacation home. Including things like a gas grill and outdoor gas fireplace to entertain on the water. We had dolphins visit us daily as well as a manitou one evening. I can’t recommend this property and the host’s enough! We will be back for sure! Highly recommend! Bob Shea

Everything we hoped for

This house was everything we hoped for for our group of 10. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, plenty of bathrooms and so much space that we didn’t feel on top of each other. Kirsten was very helpful and responsive. The view was awesome and the back patio was great to sit together in the morning and night. We saw dolphins! We’ve already started the process to book for next spring break.

Celebrated a family birthday

Our stay at this sunny multi-level waterside home was perfect albeit in late January we witnessed temps reaching record lows. It is an easy drive from TPA airport which was convenient as my siblings flew in from various locations. Thanks to Kirsten who responded quickly to all texts and was very helpful and accommodating. Fun time!!!

We are located on the island of Clearwater Beach and the Mandalay channel is in our backyard. Our units have been here since the 1950’s and have the feel of “old florida”….don’t worry we have done some major upgrades since then, but we like to keep the character and colors of old clearwater beach- we are a family-owned business and can’t wait to host you at Clearwater Bay Club.

We have 3 floors, one of the best views on the beach and can sleep up to 18. You can save money by joining together your family/friends and sharing the costs of our amazing "Bay House"

Fish from backyard, waterfront, waterview, huge private porch on water, balcony off master bedroom, jacuzzi tub in master bathroom with the ultimate shower. Sit on our dock that sits on the mandalay channel and watch sea life swim up..make sure to enjoy atleast one sunrise on the dock. We are in a quiet location that is a short walk to all the fun of Clearwater Beach.
