This beautiful 1800 sq ft rental home is located within walking distance to the sand.



This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Executive pool home will sleep 12 guests comfortably. Our Coconut Beach House features the Primary bedroom with a King bed, the second bedroom with a Queen bed, the third bedroom 2 queen beds, the 4th bedroom has Bunk beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. We offer linens, WiFi, bbq grill, a full kitchen, laundry room, private swimming pool and all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation!



Our Coconut Beach House is a unique rental home in North Clearwater Beach. In addition to the ideal location, enjoy a lovely private pool. The backyard offers a bbq grill for your cooking pleasure and a private swimming pool. AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.



Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
