Located only 1.2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. Nothing but forest behind our cabin that goes all the way to the GSMNP! Relax in the outdoor hot tub & look at the twinkling stars of the Smoky Mountain sky. Or, if it is too cold outside, retreat to the Jacuzzi inside and enjoy the ambiance of the 50" electric fireplace We are very close to the action of Gatlinburg & not too far from Pigeon Forge either! Fiber WiFi, washer/dryer, charcoal grill.

Designed specifically for couples, we welcome you to escape from normal life to a vacation home tucked away in the Roaring Fork section of Gatlinburg in Forest Springs. We are slightly over a mile to downtown Gatlinburg, yet enough in the woods that bears sometimes walk by...Smart access to TV is available when you want to be plugged in to the world, but when you turn the TV off is when you will really enjoy our cabin. A king sized bed crafted from reclaimed lumber with a new memory foam mattress invites you to sleep in and relax. A hot tub on the private back deck welcomes you to relax and check out the night skyline. If it is too cold outside, retreat inside to the couple sized corner whirlpool. Enjoy dancing firelight from our newly installed 50" electric fireplace. We also have a Bluetooth speaker for playing your music! We have a full kitchen and a charcoal park style grill for those nights you want to stay in. Handcrafted doors, a pine interior and hickory floors are warm and welcoming! Escape with your special someone to our cabin!

* If you are traveling with another couple, we have an almost identical cabin located fairly close by called Southern Nights.

Entire cabin, porches and yard except for storage closet above the bathroom. The hot water heater is located up there.

Love peace and quiet but still want to be super close to all the shopping and attractions of downtown Gatlinburg? Lover's Escape is the cabin for you! We are located in a small development called Forest Springs in Roaring Fork community only 1.2 miles from downtown. Coming skiing or want to go ice skating? Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park & Ski Area is very close. The tram ride up is breathtaking in itself! Enjoy Ripley's Aquarium and have lunch at No Way Joses. The Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Loop is only minutes away. Dollywood and Splash Country are in Pigeon Forge, but only about 25 minutes barring traffic as well. We love riding the Gatlinburg Coaster and it is only a little over a mile away too.

The trolley system goes to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge; however I recommend a vehicle (perhaps a four wheel or front wheel drive in the winter). The City road maintenance is excellent, but snow is unexpected in the mountains sometimes.

No check in or out on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Easter Day check in could be later than 4:00 pm

Our TV is a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Videos included. We also have DVD's.

We are pet free as our daughter is allergic to them!

We are a studio cabin. The bedroom is in the main cabin not a separate room. We are perfect for honeymooners or couples looking for an intimate getaway! or small families looking for quality family time together...

Beds/Baths: One King Bed in the main room, One bathroom with tub and shower. Jacuzzi in main room as well.

We are decorated for Fall and Christmas!

Due to sometimes inclement weather in the winter, we recommend travel insurance, which we do have a source for obtaining.

REPAIRS & SERVICE CALLS: We take pride in maintaining our cabin & perform regular maintenance to keep everything in good working order. It is impossible, however, to guarantee that all appliances, hot tub, fireplaces, etc., will be in working order 100% of the time. We will, however, make every effort to correct any problem you encounter during your stay as soon as possible. Non-emergency maintenance issues will be handled during normal business hours. If you need emergency maintenance, please contact us on the numbers on your confirmation. While we will attempt to correct all issues as quickly as possible, no refunds will be made for mechanical failures of hot tub, appliances/electronics, or interruption/loss of utilities (including satellite TV), etc. Authorized repairmen have the right to enter the property to accomplish needed repairs even if the service call was made prior to your arrival.
