Located 1.2 miles from the center of Edgartown and four miles from South Beach, this wonderfully furnished house is the perfect getaway for summer fun. Private lot is on an acre and a half of land close to the bike path.

First floor has huge amounts of living space. Tastefully furnished with comfortable over-sized couches and sisal rugs. Owner has lived in South America so there are many interesting artifacts from indigenous artisans. Beautiful Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout the entire house. Soaring 28 foot ceilings in the great room with a 3 sided balcony above living room creates incredible openness for superb entertaining. French doors reach out to a wrap around porch that overlooks the expansive lawn for outdoor fun. Private outdoor shower is available for after swim. Beautiful outside plantings surround the porch.

First floor features two bedrooms and one full bath with beautiful tiles. Dining room has Mexican table that seats eight. Dining room opens up to sunny screened in porch which is a favorite with everyone. Modern kitchen has built-in charming sofa to share conversation with the cook and large Island center to help the cook! Second floor has two bedrooms (one is the master with balcony) and two full baths. Laundry room with tiled floors and is located on second floor.

Other amenities: Air conditioning throughout both the main house and guest house.. Optional if needed for those extra guests and family members is a charming 800 sq.ft. guest house with beautiful french doors. 1st floor fold out Pottery Barn couch. 2 nd floor has 2 queen beds and one twin. There is a 1/2 bath and outdoor shower. There is a 32 ' flat screen T.V . High speed internet.

Beach chairs and beach umbrellas are available. Coolers, Gas BBQ grill, iron and ironing board.

While you are here, you can experience our exclusive in-house leisure boat cruise (weather permitting) on Edgartown Harbor. Unwind as you enjoy picturesque views of the Vineyard from the water. Discover insights into the shellfish industry. You can book a trip by calling Kati at 508-627-2775. Rates are $40/ per person for a 1 hour excursion. Max 6 passengers at a time.
