CAMBO, C297: 1-bedroom apartment, right in the city center, in a quiet location, a beautiful, bright, and comfortable apartment on the 1st floor with elevator in a small, new, and secure building. It includes a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a living/dining room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a shower room, and a separate toilet. There is a west-facing terrace and a private parking space. Shops are nearby.

Internet access is available. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a cleaning service is available for a fee).
An inventory of fixtures is taken at the end of each stay (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
