CAMBO, C127: Studio apartment on the 1st floor of a small, quiet, and secure building. The apartment comprises a main room with a dining area, two single beds, two armchairs, a TV, a sunny balcony (garden table and chairs), a separate kitchen (multifunction microwave oven, refrigerator), and a bathroom with toilet. Parking space included.
Pets are not allowed. No internet access.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a cleaning service is available for a fee).
An inventory of fixtures is taken at the end of each stay (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not as described, or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T1 Bis): €44.

- Bed linen (single bed): €30.

- Towels: €8.
