Our home is quite spacious with stunning views of the water. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a den. 2 King beds and one Queen bed. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all needed to inspire great cooks. The dining room seats 6 people and the kitchen has 2 bar stools. The living room will seat 6 people, more if you use the foot rest and the 2 bar stools. The outside Lanai comes with 4 large extra comfortable chairs (2 that rock and spin and 2 that have footrest that unfold) - check out the size of those cushions! and a Teak Dining table that seats 6. .

Miromar is 10 minutes from the South West Airport. We have a large mall across the street, with shopping, restaurants, entertainment and movie theatres. The best outlet mall in Southwest Florida is a 5 minute drive (30 minute walk). Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key Beach and Barefoot beach are all approximately 20 minutes away. Naples and Sanibel Island are 30 minutes away. Miami is 2 hours drive. Disney in Orlando is a 3 hour drive. And you can also take a 3 hour boat ride to Key west just by driving your car for 20 minutes to catch it!

And did I mention we are only 5 minutes away from the Boston Red Sox spring training stadium? Some of these players stay in our complex during March and April.

There are many affordable Championship and Executive golf courses nearby. There are 7 Tennis Har-tru courts one of which is a exhibition court. Full time Tennis Pro is on staff. Pickle Ball has just been added with 2 courts. There is a personal trainer available and wonderful massages at the spa.
