We had another amazing stay at 201 Southwind. We had another hurricane come through, but Martin is great at communicating all details of ensuring that we and the property were protected. Already booked for 2025 and looking forward to it!

A Wonderful Family Vacation
Our family loves New Smyrna Beach and have been visiting for years. We LOVED staying and enjoying Southwind. 201 was amazing!!! Beautifully decorated condo, everything you could possibly need for cooking and beaching!! We will miss the breathtaking views over morning coffee and sunset evenings!! Martin is the ultimate host and made this a wonderful family vacation!!

Great Beach Condo
We had a great stay at this condo. This was our second time staying and will be returning again next summer. The unit is very clean, in a great location, and has a great view of the beach. The unit also has several beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels. The beach is not very crowded in this area which is also a huge plus. Martin is great and would check in from time to time to make sure we were having a great stay or needed anything.

Perfect Location and beautiful condo
Definitely one of the nicest condos we have rented and it was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The owner always responded promptly to our text and was very helpful. We hope to rent again next summer.

NSB Southwind 2024
This is our third stay in this unit. Great unit, beautiful location. The owner Martin, is fantastic with his communication and response. It is the best equipped unit we have ever stayed in. Our thanks for all the attention to detail. Looking forward to next year!

Beautiful Place! Great Vacation!
This is our 2nd stay in this spacious condo with great views and we look forward to coming again. This is a beautiful, bright end unit that is very clean and well equipped. All of the beach toys, towels, and gear are there. Just pack your toothbrush and swimsuit and enjoy the quiet beach - which is literally a 1-2 minute walk from door to sand.

Amazing Stay in New Smyrna Beach!
If you are looking for the perfect spot on the ocean, this is it! Located on the quiet end of NSB, there are no cars, just endless sky, sand and sea. This is a corner unit, so the beautiful waves fill the windows on two sides of the condo! The balcony overlooking the water is hard to leave. (And of course, thereā€™s a lovely pool!) Being one story up is a big plus for usā€¦we like the convenience of the elevator (for hauling in luggage) but we most often just run up one flight of stairs. The bedding and furnishings are excellent and very comfortable, and the kitchen is perfect! You can prepare full meals with every possible tool and appliance, and it comes with a great supply of spices and cooking needs. For space lovers, the condo (or the top floor lounge area) is an amazing place to view a launch. I canā€™t say enough good things about this place, or the ease of working with the owner. He is very responsive and takes care of any situation that might arise. Weā€™ve stayed in countless properties with VRBO over the years, but we keep coming back to this one! Itā€™s a gem!

This is a beautiful property. The condo has been completely updated. Martin, the owner, is always available. He is willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay wonderful. Best ocean view weā€™ve ever had. Already signed up for our return in 2025.

Spectacular View Goes On Forever!
Five stars isnā€™t enough for this beautiful condo, with its amazing view! Weā€™ve been coming here for years, and it only gets better and better! This unit is located on the corner of the building, commanding a spectacular view of the beach in two directions. The balcony gets great morning light and is furnished with comfy padded furniture. Itā€™s so close to the water that it feels like youā€™re on a ship! The balcony is also a great place to watch a rocket launch and thereā€™s a top floor clubhouse for an even better view! The inside furnishings are tasteful and comfortable, and the master bedroom has just been refreshed with new furniture and bedding. (You canā€™t beat the view of the sunrise from your bed!) We love to cook, and we were happy to find everything we could possibly need in the kitchen to cook up gourmet meals, while taking in the ocean view! Itā€™s well stocked with staples, spices and plenty of coffee. We also love that this condo is on the second story, making it easy to dash up or down one flight of stairs if you donā€™t want to bother with the elevators. The owner pays great attention to detail, and has worked to ensure that you have the best possible experience in his condo. For all the beach lovers, there is a closet full of chairs, toys and enough boogie boards for a bunch of kids! You canā€™t beat this place if the ocean is your happy place!

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Itā€™s spacious, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach, prepare meals, and it has the most relaxing view where you can catch a beautiful sunrise! Family vacation
Great location with easy access to everything! The condo was spacious and very clean and organized. All you need to bring is some clothes. One of the best Iā€™ve stayed in and communication with the owner was superb! Highly recommend for anyone!

Outstanding beachfront location
This is a well-equipped, comfortable family-oriented condo in a perfect location. Lots of toys for the kids, with great views of the ocean. The owner is very attentive. We had a couple of minor repair issues and he responded right away.

Exceeded our expectation
This condo is a 5++! From start to finish, everything was better than anticipated. The condo has beautiful furnishings, well equipped in the kitchen along with items to use on the beach (which is a rarity in beach condo rentals). Martin is fantastic with follow-up!! He texted me throughout the week asking if we needed anything and if I did have a question got back with me within the hour. The only thing that I could possibly say was negative is we had a hard time connecting to wifi. Martin was wonderful helping us with this as well!! Already booked our trip for next year.

Beautiful and Right On The Beach
If youā€™re like me youā€™re looking for a place thatā€™s actually on the beach and not set back from it. This is that place, and itā€™s beautiful. Thereā€™s a lot to like about this unit. Itā€™s an end unit so it has panoramic views. The balcony is large and a great place to hang out. Itā€™s comfortable, the furniture, bed (I didnā€™t sleep in all of them but the bed in the master was quite comfy), and outdoor furniture all great. The air conditioning was superbly responsive. Martin, the owner was exceptionally helpful. He communicated all necessary information quickly and timely and itā€™s obvious he takes great pride in his beautiful condo on the beach. He provided many of the little things that make your stay more comfortable and homey. There are 2 coffee makers, one for ground coffee and one for pods. There were lots of pods for us to make our morning coffee. There was ample paper towels, toilet paper, beach gear, bath towels, beach towels etc. I also appreciated a well stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook and serve a meal. Overall our week staying here couldnā€™t have been better. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay at this property with our family, and we are booked again for next year. We have stayed at a lot of properties, and this is one of the nicest. It is stocked with everything you could need. The location and building are great. The owner, Martin, is always available and attentive to all questions and needs. It makes for a great vacation spot. Best of the Best!
This is it! Youā€™ve found the best! Iā€™ve stayed in probably twenty different VRBOā€™s over the years, and this is the Best of the Best! This condo is so close to the water that it feels like youā€™re on a ship, with water views from two sides! Itā€™s located on the quiet ā€œno-driveā€ end of NSB. Three great bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a beautiful well appointed kitchen for all your cooking adventures! And, itā€™s in a great areaā€¦a couple of minutes drive to upscale restaurants or waterfront shrimp shacks, plus nature and animal viewing nearby! The owner is super attentive and easy to communicate with, which is everything! You will love this perfect place!

Perfection
This condo has everything you need in a beautiful home away from home. The furnishings are extremely comfortable and the cupboards are full so you can start your vacation as soon as you arrive. The host, Martin is very accommodating to answer any questions or give suggestions to any place you would like to visit. Wonderful ocean facing condo. Incredible views and fantastic sunrises. Every year the owner makes improvements. This year a remodeled center bathroom. Martin is great to work with. Incredibly responsive. Been renting from Martin for years now. Always a pleasure.

Five Stars is Not Enough!
Five stars is not enough for this gorgeous corner condo, right on the water! Itā€™s full of light on two sides with breathtaking views of the ocean from the balcony, like being on a ship! The owner pays great attention to detail and this place shows it. The furnishings are handsome and comfy without being fussy, the bedrooms are beautifully furnished, and the kitchen has everything you need to create a gourmet meal! Every December, we use the massive peninsula to make Christmas candy and cookies. (Cooking with a view canā€™t be beat!) The two new walk-in showers, in two of the three full bathrooms, are great to have after a day on the beach! For us, one the best parts of this condo is that itā€™s on the second floor, high enough for a stellar view, but low enough to get in and out of easily. We usually donā€™t bother with the elevatorā€¦we just pop down the open air stairwell, located outside our door. Easy in and out! We so appreciate that the owner is always available online to answer questions or make recommendations in the area. So, whether you just want to sit and watch the waves, view a rocket launch or day trip in the area, this condo is the perfect spot to be! Weā€™ve been coming enough years now, and itā€™s starting to feel like home! We will be back!

Another great trip to NSB even in a hurricane!
As always Martin is one of the most accommodating owners we have ever had the pleasure of renting from. Our boys got to ride out their 1st hurricane ocean front and it did not disappoint. Martin checked on us numerous times to ensure our safety and we were comfortable in a very unique situation
