Come and relax with Family / Friends at our newly constructed and newly decorated 2B / 2B condo with 6 beds (1 Queen, 3 Full Beds, 2 Twins). (Everything is BRAND NEW!! ) Walk 2 minutes and you're enjoying the sand in your feet and the waves on the beach! This nicely decorated 2B/2B condo has beach access only steps away!

Enjoy the beautiful kitchen with new Samsung appliances, granite counter tops, new beds, mattresses, linens, furniture and decorations, FULL-capacity Samsung Washer / Dryer. The house has two bedrooms, two full baths, large 65-inch TV in living room, high-speed Internet, Hulu, Sling TV, Pandora, Internet Streaming on all 3 TVs. Each bedroom and living room has custom-built accented planked walls.

Enjoy the bar/eating area on balcony w/6 bar stools, custom-built huge swing overlooking the beach (long enough to nap in while listening to waves)! AWESOME Margarita (or slush) machine is complimentary! This condo has beautiful beach views from a great deck!

We loved staying here it was very relaxing, very beautiful. The decor in the house is so perfect! Everything we needed was made available. It was nice to be able to wash clothes when needed. Highly recommend can't wait to come back again.

New, well furnished and well equipped condo for young family

Had a great time. Everything was new and very thoughtfully put together. Definitely appreciated the wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas. We will bring fewer things with us next time, as the condo already had it all. The swing on the front porch was my favorite!

Wonderful Experience!

What a great trip! This place is wonderful. Pat and her family thought of all the extras that made our stay great. The house itself is beautiful and has anything you may need. We especially appreciated the stocked kitchen, filtered water, baby bed, and wagon for the beach! It was clean, comfortable, and such a great location with beautiful beach views! Pat kept in contact making sure everything was going great. Thank you Pat and family for a great week at the beach!

Wish we could get a second chance....

I am sure the property is wonderful , we didn't make it neither my husband or myself have never been to texas this was going to be our first, we were going to get married on the beach. On the way there our vehicle lost a tire going 75 m.p.h on I-35 in Ardmore, OK we were stuck there for 5 days it took 4 days to get a tow truck driver. I am positive we would have loved it there.

Amazing location, property, and host!

Would totally recommend staying at this property or any properties that Pat has! She was so sweet and checked in on us to make sure everything was exactly what we needed. There are plenty of sleeping space options, its a short walk to the beach, and the outdoor balconies provided relaxing spaces as well! Completely recommend staying here!

Location, location, location!

Loved our time on the beach here! This house has an awesome view of the sunrise. We loved the open kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the filtered water was also great to have. It’s an EASY walk to the beach, with young kids it’s nice to be able to easily go back and forth if needed. The property also had a great outdoor living space. Mixed feelings

The stay was great and property was very nice. There were a few minor concerns, however it wasn't anything big. After checking out and heading home we received complaints about "mess" that was left, however we cleaned the house and only left trash in the trashcan. This property is lovely however the expectation to completely clean the house and pack before checkout time is a little problematic.

Please note we have a short list of "Please do before Leaving," which is what ANY VRBO host would expect: strip sheets, throw dirty linens in a pile, start dishwasher and TAKE OUT ALL TRASH. Unfortunately, there are PHOTOS taken after departure showing case of beer left on porch, canned drinks on tables outside, several broken chairs (not wear-and-tear), used ice cream and opened food left in freezer and fridge, broken towel rack, trash still inside. Requested $100 for repairs - guests have not paid.

The house was beautiful , more then we expected. The owner checked in with us to make sure we had everything and she is very nice to do business with. I recommend this house to other and it is kids friendly. A short walk to the beach and the view is beautiful.

Amazing Vacation!

We stayed at Surfside Beach Retreat for Spring Break and I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was! From the beautiful property (which looks exactly as pictured) to the gorgeous view, it was amazing! My kids loved the bunk bed room and my hubby and I enjoyed our coffee overlooking the ocean. The smaller porch is perfect for soaking in the afternoon sun. The beach is literally steps away and we very much appreciated the chairs, toys and wagon in the storage area. Pat is an awesome host who goes above and beyond providing for her guests and we definitely plan to stay here again!!!!

Extremely Relaxing!

This listing is extremely accurate. It is just steps from the beach and the beach can be seen from both porches. I’m sure in the summer it can be busy, but even then it seems like it’d be less busy than other places bc of the small community it is in. All the little touches the owners have tried to include made things great. They have all the sand toys,blankets, and pillows you’d ever need. The kitchen is well stocked with many common items and my kids loved the smoothie machine and waffle maker. Cable channels are endless, and they have great games. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway!

Great weekend getaway

Our whole family really enjoyed this property. It was a very short walk to the beach. The owner did a great job communicating with me and responded immediately when I had a question. Everything we needed was available at the property and each cabinet was labeled -- making it clear where everything was located. The beach was great and we took chairs and boogie boards that were available at the property. The kids and I had a wonderful weekend and will definitely return!
