Experience a luxurious fantasy vacation at surfside beach with this fully furnished and beautifully decorated luxurious beach house, which is a “Home Away from Home!”

Relax and make your at home in our cozy, comfortable and inviting environment. The house was built on the beach in summer of 2005 and with less than minute walking distance to the beach! Beautiful ocean view from the covered front deck.

Since the beginning of 2020, we have done a lots of improvements to this property: New futon and couches added, New beddings (comforters and sheets) added, all pillows are recently replaced. During Pandemic, we also added new vacuum cleaner, floor sweeper/bucket set, so house guests can keep floor clean during their stay. We also have futon and sofa cover pads applied to all furnitures and have them washed after each rental. New cookware sets and 6 qt slow cooker were added to kitchen.

The property is only 50 steps away from the beach. It only take you less than a minute to walk through the walking bridge over the beautiful grass medium and wild flowers between the house and the beach.

Cross the bridge into Surfside beach and you're in another world - totally relaxing - do as much or as little as you want. Go fishing, kayaking, surfing, or just relax on the beach. Spend quality family time enjoying the laid-back atmosphere. Plan a reunion, or enjoy the fireworks on the 4th of July or New Years. Sand castles and evening bonfires are possibilities.

The house is a typical family style home with an open plan lounge-dining area and a spacious kitchen open to the living and dining area. It is equipped with full kitchen, with upscale appliances (fridge, dishwasher, built in microwave and flat top cooking range). The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils; fine dinning ware (plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses and silverware), coffer maker, bread toaster, sandwich griller, blender, etc.

It also has 52' Dish TV in living room, 32' dish TV in master bedroom, 32' LED TV in guest bed room, DVD/VCR, and books for rainy day.

The master bedroom is equipped with dish TV and has its own private entrance to the covered front deck with a beautiful gulf view.

Free WiFi is provided on site.

House is beautifully furnished with futon, rollaway beds stored inside master bedroom closet are usable for added extra sleeping up to 12-14 people. There is a dining counter with bar stool, dining table and chairs, deck chairs. Three nicely decorated bedrooms are furnished with one King-size bed, one queen-size bed and two twin/full bunk beds. Dressers in guest room make yourself feel home for your stay. Every bedroom is furnished with pillows, pillow shams, bed covers, sheets, blankets, and comforters. Bathroom towels, hand towels are provided. Linens are provided free to use, just remember wash them at your departure to leave clean linens for next guest. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE Bathroom towels TO THE BEACH. We do have beach towels on the towel rack by front door.

Decorated with quality furnishings and fixtures, this home's beautiful tile floors for the kitchen and living area and two bathrooms. Three bedrooms are with vinyl floor and the master bathroom is furnished with double vanity.

The house is conveniently equipped with a hot/cold outdoor shower section for rinsing off the sand before going into the house, beach toys/ chairs are stocked inside laundry basket outside garage, free fro guests to use.

5 in 1 game table is inside kids room.

Charcoal grill and picnic table on ground floor convenient for an outdoor BBQ!

Walks on the long jetty on the south end of Surfside Beach let you watch the dolphins play!
Nearby is Galveston, where you can visit Moody Gardens, historic homes, and there's always great shopping on The Strand.

The house is furnished with Direct TV over 200 channels available plus local program and DVR up to 100 hours so you can record your favorite TV show while you have fun on the beach!
