This is a spacious two bedroom and two bath condo, the largest floor plan in the community and plenty of closet space.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached bathroom and double sink vanity plus an additional office area!
The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
55 inch TV's in the living room with both Cable and Netflix.
40 inch TV in the master.
Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need.
New floors, guest bath, dishwasher and sink as of January 2021.
New floors and furniture in the master bedroom in February of 2022.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio that has a large closet with a washer and dryer.
You can walk out from the master bedroom to a large salt water pool and jacuzzi.
Fresh towels and linens for guests.
One covered carport parking spot and plenty of guest or street parking.
Walk to Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, Target or Vons and plenty of other restaurants or shopping.
Popular hiking trails just across the street and next to Tahquitz Creek Public Golf course.

The unit was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed and were able to prepare meals easily. The beds were very comfy. Mia was exceptionally responsive. Unit is very close to Von’s grocery store and Trader Joe’s. If I had anything negative to say, I feel like the hot tub could use some maintenance.

Everything you need! Awesome.

We travelled to Palm Springs to get away from our winter. The unit was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen, living spaces, had everything thing we needed (and more), it was tastefully decorated, easy to find, great parking, with access to a large pool and hot tub. Mia is an excellent host, quick to respond, polite and accommodating! Again, it had everything we needed and more, we highly recommend it! Thanks Mia!

Great stay

We had a great stay. Mia is a real professional and made check in and out easy peasy. The location of unit was great… loved picking a couple grapefruits from tree every morning! Overall complex very quiet and it was like we had on own private tennis courts!

Lovely short stay in the desert

Booked a short stay at the last minute and the owner, Mia, could not have been more accommodating. We were looking for certain amenities that Mia’s condo had, so this served our needs perfectly. Condo was clean, well stocked, the bed was very comfortable, convenient parking, and nice amenities—tennis, pickleball, and pool. Would consider this unit again in the future.

Great stay in Palm Springs

Mia's condo is nicely furnished, very clean, has everything you could ever need and Mia herself is very helpful and cares deeply about her client's stay, making sure everything is taken care of. The pool/hot tub area were great to relax in after a busy day and the condo is conveniently located for golf, shopping, hiking, restaurants, and also close to the airport. Thanksgiving in Sunny Palm Springs!

The property is so clean and well kept! Just a few steps away we often enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a big day of hiking or golfing! The grounds are gorgeous and we enjoyed tennis and pickle ball as well! The views in Palm Springs area with hiking and golfing are spectacular!! Such a wonderful stay!

We had such a great experience here. Mia was such a great host and we can’t say enough good things about her and the property. We travel quite a bit and have never had such a thoughtful host - everything a traveler could need was available at the house. Great host!

My husband and I had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and well taken care of, had a parking spot so we didn’t have to worry about street parking, plenty of hand soap, towels, kitchen supplies and most of the other things we have at home. It was in a pretty quiet area and the neighbors were considerate. The small touches like spring water for the coffee pot and bottled water for excursions were thoughtful and appreciated. We enjoyed staying in this clean, spacious condo. The condo is well stocked with towels, tennis racquets, and kitchen accessories. There is tennis, a pool and hot tub and nice hills to hike in right across the street. We felt really safe in this community. The owner was flexible about the check in check out time as our plane came in early and flew out late. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the property. Everything was as advertised, and we found the condo to be well stocked, with good labeling and instructions to help us settle in. Pool was nice and just steps away out the back door, and we often had it nearly to ourselves. We appreciated small details like water and coffee pods/creamer and other condiments available upon arrival. And the office space in the master bedroom was a great add, which allowed us to easily cover a few work calls we had during our vacation week. Overall a great stay and we hope to be back in the near future!

Christmas in Palm Springs 2022

Mia was such a great Host. She met us onsite for check-in, explained everything and truly was a text/phone call away with immediate responses. Best well stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in. Everything from Kitchen spices to Pool Beach towels/chairs were there. Condo was nicely decorated and so convenient to everything we needed and did. Even better than the VRBO pictures! Don't pass up this Gem - we will be back to celebrate another Christmas there for sure!

We stayed at Mia`s condo for 8 nights during our visit to Palm Springs in November. We have a family of 5, my husband and I and 3 kids ages 8, 6, and 5. The place was very clean and well appointed with all the necessities we needed, including inflatable toys for the pool which the kids loved! Pool access was very close and was perfect- there was barely anyone else using it so felt like a private pool for our family! Location was great, only 10min drive from palm springs downtown area and 7mins to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay here and very comfortable, it felt just like home!

A Great Stay

We had a wonderful time in Mia's condo. It was clean and well stocked, and we loved the Palm Springs glam furnishings and decorations. The development was quiet, and we enjoyed the pool that was just steps from the unit. We had not stayed in that southern part of Palm Springs before and we found it was close to many of the things we wanted to do and convenient to many of our favorite restaurants. Mia is a great host and was very easy to work with. Overall, it was a very great stay.
