This two-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor 1,200-square-foot condo is beautifully decorated with luxury amenities.

Available for daily rental with minimum of seven days / six nights.

It's perfect for two couples, a family or a group of close friends who want to relax at "home away-from-home" after enjoying a sunny day in Palm Springs. It sleeps four people and has two balconies.

The home has cathedral ceiling inside with barbecue grill and entertainment space outside. Cable TV, a DVD player and a high-end iPod speaker system along with high-speed Wi-Fi will keep you entertained and connected during your stay.

Washer and dryer set is conveniently adjacent to the master suite.

We are pet-friendly for dogs that are less than 15 pounds.

Guest Access

Your rental includes: tennis courts, wildlife preserve (was an 18-hole golf course), pools and jacuzzis along with mountain views and covered parking.

Both check-in and check-out are effortless for this condominium.

Prior to guests arriving at the property, a code is provided which allows guests to open the keyless entry front door. There are no keys to pick up or drop-off, so guests are free to simply let themselves in at any time after the agreed-upon check-in time., which is usually 3 p.m. or later unless an earlier time is otherwise arranged in advance.

Check-out is equally effortless: Guests are free to simply depart at any time prior to check-out time on their final day.

This is a gated community of Mesquite Country Club located in central Palm Springs at Ramon Road and Farrell Drive. It's close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, movie theaters and the airport. And once you enter, you will immediately feel a sense of seclusion and privacy.
