Drop Inn to your favorite adventure - skiing, fishing, hiking, tubing, relaxing and more. The DROP INN is 15 mins from Wolf Creek Ski area and 8 mins to downtown Pagosa Springs. The DROP INN'S back yard is the San Juan River with national forest access. The front yard is a trout stocked catch and release fishing pond. The house is newly updated and has just become available on VRBO. It has a Craftsman feel with a nod to Colorado wildlife throughout and a focus on relaxation and fun!

The DROP INN is unique because it offers everything you could ask for to make your Colorado vacation fun and relaxing.

-Master Bedroom has a king (NEW firm Posturepedic mattresses and pillows) Located on bottom floor.
-Blue Bedroom has a king bed (NEW firm Posturepedic mattresses and pillows) Located on 2nd floor
-Red Bedroom has a king bed and single bed (NEW firm Posturepedic mattresses and pillows) Located on the 2nd floor

-Two Living Areas with games, books etc.
-2nd Living Area has sofa bed/pullout+futon. Located on 2nd floor.

-3 Bathrooms (3 full baths with showers)

-Chef's Kitchen with gas stove. This includes tons of pots and pans, blender, waffle makers, crock pots and more. There are also dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, trash bags and paper towels.
-Two eating areas adjacent to large Kitchen - Dining table and bar area

Couldn’t have asked for a better location steps from the river. The river was low at the time we went so we weren’t able to tube to town but look forward to staying here again next summer when hopefully there will be more water. The layout of the house was perfect with the 3 bedrooms that all had King beds. This was a very relaxing trip and much needed getaway!

Above expectations

We had a WONDERFUL stay! A few of us spent time relaxing at the house and in town while the rest of us drove over the pass to ski for a couple of days. Perfect location for both. The house is exactly as described with plenty of space for the whole family. (If you like a firm bed, you will love it here!) We spilled something in the kitchen and wiped it up and were blown away with how clean the floors were - thats never happened at any other place we have stayed! (Shout out to Leo, the housekeeper!) We cannot wait to come back! Of note - if you come in the winter, 4x4 is absolutely necessary to get into the neighborhood and in/out of the driveway. We also had no cell phone service in the house or anywhere in the neighborhood (Verizon.)

Wonderful Experience

I stayed with my wife, our 5 kids, and my parents and had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend this place. The location is perfect for skiing at wolf creek or hanging at the hot springs in Pagosa.

Family vacation

We rented The Drop Inn for a family vacation to spend time in the mountains. We loved fishing in the river behind the house and the little enjoyed fishing in the stocked pond (even if nothing was biting). It was spacious and inviting and truly felt like home.

Relaxing

The house was beauitful, very relaxing stay. If your thinking of staying in the summer time keep in mind there is no air conditioning and it gets hot during the day time. As long as you keep all windows open at night you will be fresh. The house had everything you needed to stay and cook and enjoy yourselves. The hot tube was very relaxing . Overall one of the best places to stay in Pagosa Springs.

Has to be one of the best properties in all of Pagosa. Great location and beautiful property. Great set up for a small or large group. Will absolutely book this property again.

Amazing Stay

This property was so wonderful! We absolutely loved the location with the river and firepit in the backyard. It was perfect for our long weekend. One of the best parts that you really never find in vacation rentals was an excess of supplies. There were plenty laundry and dishwasher pods, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. This was immensely helpful as we had a group of 10 and needed to do a few loads of laundry and dishes while we were there. The family and I would definitely come back to the Drop Inn!!

Labor Day trip

We had an awesome time at this property. The kids loved playing in the river and the hot tub was perfect. Plenty of room for many people and an awesome loft with 4 beds for kids! We would definitely stay here again. Perfect place!

Beautiful home with amazing river view and access right out the back door. The BEST stocked rental ever. Anything you need is there! Very roomy and comfortable. Horse shoes, hot tub, fire ring/circle all included. A nice wooden rocker or two on the porch would be a plus, but that is just a personal preference. Would definitely stay in this rental again!

Great House on the San Juan River

We stayed for a week at the end of July. The house and location are great. It has everything you need. A few minutes from town, the river 50 feet out your back door, and hiking trails etc. just up the road towards Wolf Creek Pass.

Great Location on the River

Awesome place. Clean, well appointed, with the river only a few short yards from the back deck. Hot tub was nice, plenty of provided sundries and amenities to feel like home. Highly recommend! Close enough to town to be convenient. Trees between neighbors really give the feel of having your own riverfront retreat. Will use again!

Amazing getaway

This is an amazing property right on the river. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival. Very clean and ready for the fun to begin. All beds were made and clean. The kitchen is great and large so there was enough space for all the cooks. The hot tub is a perfect size and the running river view is just priceless. Thank you

Very nice with a great view of the river!!!

I took my family for Spring Break 21'. This property was everything we expected and more!! The pictures don't do this place justice! This place was very clean, organized, large open area and the view from the patio looking out to the river was very relaxing. The kitchen had everything you need for meal prep, etc. The kids loved the waffle maker!!! Plenty of towels and amenities. The kids loved the TV upstairs with the Wii games (this was their hideout). This was very close to both Pagosa Springs and a short 25 minute drive to the mountain (of course we took our time because of the views). I hope we can come back in the Summer to take in the Summer air. For our ski trip and our family of 5, this place was perfect. You could totally fit 3 familes in this place. Plenty of room! Thank you!!!

This is an absolutely beautiful home, but come not only for it but for the location. You cannot beat 15 minutes to the best powder in the state, a stocked trout pond and sitting right on the San Juan River. There is truly a place for everyone to Drop In!!
