If you prefer to be in a private home rather than an apartment building this may be the place for you ! Private-furnished apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood in the historic town of Golden. Senic open space with hiking trail behind the house and convenient access to Denver,Boulder, and all the major highways. Home situated close to school o Mines ,Nrel, Pentax, Coors, and many popular areas. Furnishings and appliances are new!Private and very quiet. The apartment door walks out the open space with a trail at chimney Gulch. Very nicely furnished with all the comforts of home. The apartment has its own separate washer and dryer master suite bathroom and 40 inch TV. Local channels are available and if you would like additional options there is an HDMI cable and Internet available for you to access other prime video possibilities. I’ve needed to increase my cleaning charges due to new cleaning requirements/time needed and to ensure the entire apartment and sanitized for your safety during COVID-19. This is a vacation rental and I prefer to rent to people that are on vacation. I prefer renters not planning on working from the apartment full-time. Thanks for understanding .If tenants are staying more than three weeks there’s potential for Extra fee for Excessive utility usage. Also I do not allow pets and if someone disregards this there’s a $250 fee for non-compliance. These additional restrictions are in place as a result past tenants challenges .
