Ice skating, ice fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, and everything in between at the famous Evergreen Lake (just 15 min away from property). Visit the historic Little Bear Saloon, where you‘ll hear all the best local musicians and enjoy a drink or great meal! Just the tip of the iceberg of all you’ll find in Evergreen. It’s the perfect getaway for your family or group- you don’t have to go far for so many interesting things to do!!

One minute access to I-70; perfect to stage day-trips to so many Colorado adventures! Less than an hour to some of the top-rated ski resorts in Colorado! 40 minutes from St. Mary's Glacier and 25 minutes to downtown Denver. 15 minutes to white water rafting, ziplining, historic Idaho Springs and so much more!!!

While you are staying at our cute and spotlessly clean home, you’ll have plenty of room to relax and make great memories, while also being within walking distance of Starbucks, Walmart and Qdoba. Nicely appointed home includes large great room with wood burning fireplace and dining table to seat 10; 3 bedrooms with all new linens/mattresses and two full baths; the three bedrooms on the main floor consist of: (1st) 1 king bed room, (2nd) 1 queen bed room, (3rd) 2 twin bed room.

The beautiful mountainside forest on our property includes four outdoor patios to enjoy the fresh, crisp mountain air. You will appreciate this peaceful spot to base your Colorado experience from! Feel free to contact us with any questions!!
