This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 10th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. Two queen sized beds in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 4 chairs and two chaise lounges and three Adirondack chairs for ocean viewing. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Extended weekend

Visited PCB and stayed at this condo with some friends for the holiday weekend and I have to say the condo was amazing! The view alone was worth every penny we paid. The owner Helen is very easy to work with and super responsive to any concerns. The condo is just as pictured online, very clean and decorated perfectly. If you’re looking for a place to stay in PCB look no further than staying here with Helen. Her condo does not disappoint! Great condo, great location, and spectacular view! You won’t regret booking here!

The apartment was even cuter than the photos! Lots of space and the A/C worked great. The balcony was incredible! Easiest access to the beach I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend.

Family Vacay

We didn't think we were going to be able to have our summer vacation due to the corona virus but I am so glad we did! The staff and Helen made sure that everything was clean and took all the safety measures that were needed. Once we arrived, we all fell in love with the room - it was absolutely perfect! We ended up having some unpleasant weather the last day but the balcony made up for it. I think it's safe to say we have found our favorite beach spot!!!

After renting a house for the last 7 years we tried a condo again. Parking was great, even across the street. Renovating the walkway over traffic but not a big deal. Not a very busy road. Elevators were super fast. Pool were not overcrowded so that was a plus. Beach chairs on the 2nd row and so nice. Balcony furniture was great for evenings and early mornings. Bring a Roku is you want to stream. Otherwise cable was available. Beds were firm and furnishings were great! Ice in freezer was a plus. Great washer and dryer. Wear the arm bands. Forgot our but they were so nice and went to office and brought some to us at the pool when we forgot ours in the room. Always cleaning elevators and common areas. Smelled fresh. Loved both pools! For a high rise it was not what we expected. No long elevator waits and clean! Sauna was broken and closed but not needed in this heat. Several owners onsite mentioned elevators were being renovated in the next year. Absolutely will book again. 10th floor was just far enough to not hear the kids and get a great view.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at this condo! Our stay felt comfortable and that ocean view was superb! The convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit is like no other (imo) especially after a day at the beach. We will definitely consider booking this condo again on our next visit.

Overall Good But...

Our overall stay was good but there was a couple of issues which were handled professionally by the awesome property manager Helen. The main issue was the property owner had the thermostat locked and was handling remotely. You needed a code to change it. Not sure why they thought that was acceptable ,especially with it being colder than usual for October. None the less, Helen took care of it. Also, the bed in the master suite wasn't very comfortable. The condo was nicely decorated and the balcony furniture was comfortable.

Hi Mardell. I’m sorry you had a bad experience with the thermostat as there is a very logical explanation behind what happened. When the owner installed that high end NEST thermostat, there were a number of guests who found the operation of the thermostat quite complicated. To make the thermostat more user friendly for ALL guests, because the weather in FL is generally warm year round where only the “Cool” mode is needed, the owner simply disabled the “Heat” mode for “Ease of Use” where guests can just turn the dial higher or lower to set the air conditioning to their desired temperature. I would just like to clarify that the owner does NOT control the thermostat remotely during the guests’ stay as guests are free to set the air conditioning unit to a comfortable temperature on their own. With respect to the bed, every guest has their own desired level of soft or firm and it’s hard to make everyone happy. You’ll be happy to know that the owner just purchased brand NEW mattress for the entire unit and upgraded both beds in the guest room to larger Queen size beds. Additionally, there is a brand NEW refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer for guests to enjoy. Hopefully we’ll see you again soon!
