Are you ready to experience the most beautiful beaches in the world, where emerald water meets snow white sand? Then welcome to Emerald Isle 704! This custom decorated condo features Tommy Bahama furniture and plush appointments throughout to include custom paint, new plank flooring, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, wireless internet and flat screen TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. Everything has been designed with your comfort in mind. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and Cuisinart appliances. The rich wood, rattan and leather dining table seats 6 and there is room for three more at the breakfast bar. There is plenty of room to relax in the living room with two warmly inviting sofas (one of which is a Queen sleeper) while watching your large HDTV with DVR/VCR combo. Or venture out onto your large, over-sized 7th floor balcony and take in the never ending view as you relax on the two loungers or enjoy drinks and dinner at your outdoor table. At the end of the day, sink into your Kind master bedroom with private bath and access to that marvelous balcony. The other bedroom features a Queen bed, and there is a second full bathroom in the hall. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TVs with DVD players. In a city full of condos, Emerald Isle 704 is a true gem!

Emerald Isle:
One of the nicest condominium complexes on the Gulf coast, Emerald Isle Resort and Condominiums boasts covered Parking, a gorgeous pool outdoor pool as well as an indoor/outdoor pool, a sauna, 2 hot tubs, a steam room, and an exercise room. There's even a pool pavilion with barbecue grills. They truly have something for everyone.

The Emerald Isle condominiums are located right in the heart of Panama City Beach.

Panama City: You will also stay busy during the heat of the day. Panama City offers wonderful restaurants, great shopping (Pier Park and Frank Brown Park), championship golf courses (Bay Dunes Golf Club and Marriott Bay Point), and great movie theaters. The kids will enjoy various amusement parks, putt-putt golf, and go-cart tracks.

This unit was absolutely perfect! Wonderfully decorated and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Communication with the owners was great. We had a fantastic trip and will definitely book here again! 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect Condo On The Beach!

We loved staying at this condo with our family! Beautiful furnishings, very comfortable beds and a fully stocked Kitchen!! We loved the new awesome walk in showers! The communication with the owner/manager was so easy. We love how convenient it is to Carousel Market with it's charming gift shop and groceries. Winn Dixie also is very nearby. We can't wait to stay there again!

Relaxing

The complex has been well maintained since the last time we visited in 2015. Our room was clean and quiet with all the amenities listed in the description. The owner had great communication and was spot on with every detail. My family of 4 really enjoyed the stay. See you again very soon!!

Wonderful in every way!!

Our stay couldn’t have been more wonderful! Our condo was right on the beach, decorated beautifully, and well equipped. Our king bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Our 2 adult sons shared the second bedroom, and their beds were also very comfortable. We had family staying in another unit, and we had a table on our deck that was big enough for all of us to enjoy our meals together. I could go on and on about how lovely our week was.

Our First Panama City Beach Family Vacation 2023

We loved the Emerald Isle Resort. Owner Linda Miller was awesome to work with and very friendly. The condo was a dream. Breathtaking views from the oceanfront balcony access from living room and master bedroom. Tastefully decorated and the furniture was very nice. If you are considering Panama City Beach this is the place to stay. Easy access to the beach , Great working elevators, plenty of parking and we chose to park across the street in the covered part. Just easier than the condo side - those spaces are a little tight to get into. Check in go to the parking area to the right when you pull in and go down to ground floor then you will go up to 4th floor to get parking pass which you must have at all times. You must stay here ~ This was a Wonderful trip~ Loved PCB & Emerald Isle Resort!

Wonderful place to stay at!

We loved staying here! The owner was great to work with. When we arrived at the condo it was very clean and well stocked with everything you needed. The balcony was huge and had great furniture on it. My husband enjoyed lounging on the balcony some of the days. We enjoyed playing cards every night on the balcony. Which that was another thing that was well stocked was board games and cards, which we forgot our Phase 10 cards, but they had some there. The beds and furniture were very comfortable! We definitely would stay here again! We appreciate the owner opening up their condo to us!

My family stayed a week here and it was perfect for us!! Plenty of dishes to cook with, loved having beach chairs reserved on the beach, and my son loved the closet full of beach supplies! Hope to stay here again in the future!!

Amazing View

I just recently retired and always dreamed of staying a month at the beach. My husband and I where not disappointed. This unit and location was perfect. The condo is spacious and the kitchen fully equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils and small appliances you could possibly want. The balcony is huge and we spent many hours enjoying the sites and sounds of the beach, whether drinking our morning coffee or enjoying a meal. This unit came with two beach chairs and an umbrella set up daily, which was a big plus. We hope to come back next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with us.

Great Condo, Super Clean, Awesome View and Great Owners

We stayed four nights in condo 704. Rented directly from owners (no rental company involved!). The condo was super clean. Pictures don't really do it justice. Nicely decorated. Set up is very accommodating. Linda on of the owners and her sister Mary Jane were great to work with. They are quick to offer assistance. We enjoyed the oversized balcony with numerous choices of seating. The resort is very clean and well maintained. Always saw a security guy. Elevators were super fast for PCB. They oversized hot tub and two pools were great. Located on the west end was totally a plus and near Pier Park. Definitely recommend this condo and resort. If you are looking to rent from kind owners who care about your stay then this is for you! Will definitely be returning to 704 on our return to PCB! Thanks again, Linda and Mary Jane for making our family get away great!!! :-)

Easter Break

The condo felt like home. Very nicely decorated and all the things you need for a beach vacation. It is exactly as it is described. The bedding and linens were good quality and very comfortable. 7th floor is a perfect location with easy access to all amenities. Will definitely stay again. Thanks Linda.

Emerald Isle is a perfect family friendly place to relax with your loved ones. Emerald Isle is ranked #2 of 78 Specialty Lodging in PCB. It is extremely well maintained and kept in tip-top shape! This year we put in all new kitchen appliances as well as beautiful new balcony furniture. You will love the large curved balcony as it is one of the largest on the beach! The staff does and excellent job keeping all inside and outside areas very clean. The access to the beach is only steps from the elevator making in and out extremely convenient. You can access our condo quickly from Panama City Beach Parkway which allows you to avoid traffic during the busy season. We are also very close (1 mile west) of Hwy 79 which is convenient to the new International Airport. You will love the location as we are two miles west of Pier Park, close to shopping and many restaurants!

We have a great family owned diner right across the street for your morning breakfast or afternoon lunch, and oyster bar at night! There is also a homemade fresh daily doughnut shop 1 mile west!
