Excellent stay

The whole process was smooth. They were available for all questions. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned off, it didn’t seem like the rooms had been vacuumed, and we found someone’s fake eyelashes on the dresser and the rug in the bathroom. Overall, we loved the location and the ease of checking in and out.

Great Stay

Loved the location!! Grocery store across the street, close to Pier Park and easy access to back roads. The condo was surprisingly spacious. The property its self is a little dated but the inside of the condo was very nice. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Relaxing Vacation

My sister, husband and I stayed at Aquavista, in Panama City Beach. 803 East. It is a beautiful condo right on the beach this is the 5th time we have stayed at Aquavista and would highly recommend it to all my family and friends.

It was amazing!!!

Perfect place located where you could get to eatery's, shopping, walking, beach.....everything. perfect weather. Much entertainment around!!! Fireworks the last night we were there down by the pier overvthe water. Watched from our balcony!!!! Beautiful!!! Thank you for a fabulous vacation!!!

Our dream vacation....

We were unaware of all the construction not only on the building, but road in front as well. The elevator was scary and stopped on one night, and had to be fixed, Myself with COPD and my husband who has strokes had to walk up 8 floors to our condo. Our condo was amazing!!! 803E Beautiful views and we had so much fun this past week despite the flaws of first couple of days. Thanks so much for an unbelievable week!!

Location, Location, Location!!!

We had a lovely stay at Aqua Vista! The location was wonderful, about a mile from Pier Park, right across the street from a Winn Dixie, with an AMAZING view directly out on the white, sandy beaches of PCB and the ocean! The condo was very clean, with a wall of windows overlooking the ocean. Excellent communication with the owners and swift re-entry when our access code needed to be reset. One more thing that I truly appreciated- sharp knives in the kitchen! We ate in for breakfast and lunches and went out in the evenings- so many condos I've been to have sub standard kitchen items. This condo did not disappoint! Loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Vacation

The property was very clean and well kept. One of the nicest Condos we have stayed at Aqua Vista. The Beds and Pillows were wonderful and the furniture was very nice. The only problem we had was the TV in the extra bedroom did not work. We called and maintenance could not fix it, It needed a new modem. The only reason we get 2 rooms with TV's is because my Daughter and I cannot go to sleep without the TV on. This was very disappointing.

Misleading

The “state of the art” fitness facility was off limits and locked for Owners only. The sauna that is pictured in the listing was also locked and for owners only. The room was clean and ready but we weren’t allowed in the room until EXACTLY at 4pm because that is “protocol”. This is the first condo I have stayed at that refused early entry with the room being ready. There is no ramp to the beach on the property or near, very steep steps which made it hard for members of my family that can’t walk great. The room itself was nice but the above faults will cause me not to stay here again.

Clean inside, beware of construction

The inside of the unit was smaller than expected, but it was very clean and well kept. It was an ok size for the three of us, but I would have felt cramped with more than that. Several features had been updated, but there are others that still could use an update. The complex has a large ocean front, so even on a holiday, it was not overly crowded, which was great! We enjoy staying on this end on PCB. Be aware though, there is road construction outside the unit and the exterior of this building was under construction. This did pose a bit of an inconvenience. Only one car per unit is allowed in the garage and our car got covered in construction dust. After multiple tries, I finally got in touch with the leasing agent to voice a compliant and seek compensation for the inconveniences.

No elevators

Our first booking was not acceptable due to elevators not functioning. Becky with Panhandle Getaways got us in a unit at Tidewater immediately. The condo was excellent.

Great place

Loved the place , well priced . Now for the issue was maintenance inspection of the windows. They moved the furniture but did not put it back and we had no warning they were coming , we left valuables out. Nothing missing just the furniture issue.

It’s was ok!

Won’t book there again. Liked the resort for the quietness. Very small bedrooms. When we booked we thought it was through VRBO but a few days later I received an email saying it was through Panhandle getaways. Lots of extra fees and it was hard to get ahold of anyone who knew anything. I use VRBO because I like dealing with the actual property owner not a third party. Won’t go back to that specific condo but the resort was ok.
