River house

We loved everything about ths house. Location is perfect, private but close to everything. The host was wonderful and abominating. The house felt like home. Plenty of space and room for our family we definitely plan to return

Labor Day weekend

We had an awesome weekend with family and friends! The place was beautiful and super clean, I felt like I was at home. Lourdes was super friendly and very responsive to any questions. Our family will definitely be back! Thank you!

Long Anniversary Weekend Getaway

We’d like to thank Lourdes and Ernie for their hospitality…Jefe and Salsa too! We enjoyed the serene quietness that Scuba Steve’s house offered, away from crowds and traffic. It was exactly what we needed. The house was clean and well equipped (including spices, tin foil, etc). We were able to take out the kayaks and paddled around the neighborhood, and enjoyed the evenings in the hot tub. We are looking forward to a future getaway at Scuba Steve’s.

The Sweet Life!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing rental property in Weeki Wachee. The house was spotless and was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed kayaking to the Weeki Wachee River and seeing manatees and a river otter. We also took our boys to Sunwest and got entertained watching them slip and slide and chase each other on the inflatables. The hot tub was amazing, too! Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend there. It truly is a home away from home. The Rodriquez' are great hosts!!! If you book here, you won't regret it.

Amazing Getaway!!

This place is amazing!! The house is beautiful and very clean. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had extra linens and towels. The downstairs was also amazing. The area was quiet and we were able to relax in the hot tub and enjoy nature. There was more than enough room for parking our water toys. Also, I needed to check in early because I had a very important virtual meeting and Lourdes was very accommodating with our request. She provided information to restaurants in the area. Gave us access from her home to use the kayaks in her property and allowed us to dock out boat behind her home. Amazing amazing weekend with family & family!! Definitely recommend this beautiful hideaway home.

Definitely going back again

The house was so lovely, peaceful and relaxing. Close to all the fun and great views. Love that they make donations in Scuba Steve's name as we had four vets with us this year. Booking again for next year for sure ❤️

Hidden treasure in Hernando Beach

It’s rare that I rent a house and it feels like I walked into a family members home. That is the feeling I had gotten the moment I walked through the front door. The attention to detail was on point in every room really making you feel at home for the holidays. The house alone is gorgeous but when you deal with people who care and make you feel welcome that just adds to the experience. I highly recommend renting from Lourdes and her husband. Very kind and helpful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts . I got to spend Christmas with my children.

We had a wonderful stay. Lourdes and Ernie could not have been nicer or more attentive. House was great and very thoughtfully stocked. Would highly recommend.
