2BR Steps from Manatee Beach - Unit 2

Casa Coconut AMI unit 2 is located at 4104 4th Avenue in Holmes Beach, on Anna Maria Island, a delightful island locale directly across the street from the seven acre Manatee Public Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This totally renovated, two bedroom unit with one bath sleeps six with a queen size bed in the master suite, two twin size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully loaded and features a dishwasher and microwave. A wraparound porch provides easy access for larger groups renting both units 1 and 2. There are free laundry facilities onsite. There is a large open deck with a gas grill and picnic tables available for your use. There is a 50" flat screen TV in the living room. Free Wifi and domestic long distance calling is included. Beach chairs and beach gear are available for our guest's enjoyment. Parking is limited to two vehicles.
Well behaved pets welcome. Fee $140 per stay, limit 2.

The property was beautiful and the location was fantastic, just across the street from Manatee Beach. The included wagon, cooler, and beach toys were a major perk as someone flying in to visit. The free laundry facilities and privacy in unit made this a wonderful stay! The only downsides were the second bedroom door which was broken, the cleaners didn't clean completely before our arrival, and the TV was horrendous, being the worst issue we faced. (First world problems). Overall, it was a beautiful property and we are likely to stay again.

Short walk to Beautiful Beach

Our family of 4 loved staying at this property. It’s two blocks from the beach and conveniently located to the grocery store. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Great spot for a beach vacation!

Best possible location!

It was very clean. some of the furnishings and kitchen ware were a bit dated but everything was functional and the location can't be beat. I would have liked a more "welcoming" outdoor space but I have no negatives that would warrant less than my five star ratings.

Perfect location

Just a couple blocks from the beach and grocery… and hop on the trolley or call the Monkey bus to take you anywhere else! Hosts were very responsive… place had everything we needed!

Close the the excitement

We enjoyed our stay. The location was fabulous with the exception of trying to turn left during the busy times. Would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Can't beat the location!

We loved that it was a short walk to the beach. Cute place and nice that it had beach toys, chairs, etc for use. Very easy to communicate with owner.

Home Review

We had a wonderful stay in your home. Location was wonderful!!! Only 2 complaints...... 1. Washing machine was terrible. Bounced all over the floor, did not get clothes clean!!! 2. The dishwasher could only be set on 1 setting and did not get dishes clean.

Place was clean and convenient to the beach. Thought I was renting a house, more like an apartment with 3 units . So you share the deck, grill ,and beach accessories. So needless to say if you were not the first one you were out if luck. Other then that it was great

home is in good condition; location is awesome! loved all of the beach stuff available, even 2 coolers!!! parking was great; a little small for 5 people, but sofa bed was very comfortable! would be perfect for 4 people. having laundry on site and readily available to use was wonderful. kitchen was well stocked and had pretty much everything we needed to cook. gas grill was a real plus!!!

Many frustrations that stressed us out and made our vacation not very relaxing!!

TV did not work for 3 days!!Had to wait for owner to come in town to address the problem!!Also had problem with coded lock on door!!First we got locked in and had to climb out a window!!Owner bought a new lock and 2 days later we were locked out and had to climb thru window again!!Locksmith came and put batteries in and we were worried every time we locked the door!!Location was not Great!!A lot of Traffic on the main road making it hard to turn left every time we went out!!Very noisy air conditioner compressor made it difficult to sleep and when both units came on we could feel the room vibrate!!Overall our vacation was not very relaxing and we will stay somewhere else next time because we love the area!!

Great weeks stay! Beautiful area!

Upon arrival, was struck by cleanliness and condition of rental. Would definitely consider renting again at another time in the future. The only recommendations I would make is to provide more towels in the hall closet, toilet paper and coffee filters for coffee maker. After reading the check-out rules in the binder, I went down stairs to wash all towels and wash cloths and discovered the dryer full. Apparently left by previous renters who did not follow instructions. I had to fold and put away all that laundry and then there were plenty of towels including beach towels! Not sure if they belonged there or not.

Great time! Neat and clean! Loads of amenities!

It was exactly as described. Clean bedrooms and bath. Tons of room. Nice kitchen. Beach equipment (chairs, skimboards, etc) available. Close to everything.

This is a 2-Bedroom, Not a 3-Bedroom

Better check the fine print! This condo is listed as a 3BR but is actually a 2BR. The quality and location are great but my sister and her baby having to drive home two hours away rather than stay with us really put a damper on the experience. I hope the owners consider this when listing in the future.
