The location of the condo with it's beach front views and easy walking access to dining and groceries was amazing.The host and management service provided excellent communication and, when there was a small bump, were very responsive.

Communication between the host and our family was great. The location was amazing. The house was very clean and contained all the amenities we needed. It was nice to have chairs to use at the beach. We really loved the sunset views from the deck each night. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay again one day!

Beautiful Beach House

The house was exactly as pictured. Perfectly clean and organized. Everything we needed was there and in good working order. The view of the ocean from the deck was breathtaking. We will definitely return.

Thank you for the great review. The owners takes pride in providing a beautifully updated and comfortable home for guests. The large, open deck has the perfect vantage point to watch the kids on the beach or the dolphins playing in the water. It features both an open area where you can sunbathe and a covered area to get out of the sun if you like. We look forward to welcoming you back.

View a 10… house is past it’s expiration date… no grill, ice maker does not work, bathrooms really need updating, no sun umbrella, and really needed if sitting on deck…way too much money for what we got

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tiki was exactly as described and did not disappoint. This was our second year to AMI and we stayed next door at Franks last year. Both houses are incredible. Private beach access, unbeatable views, and everything you need provided for the ultimate beach vacay. We love to rent a golf cart and explore the island throughout the week. The updated kitchen at Tiki and huge outdoor deck were our favorite part!

Beautiful get away home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unbelievable sunsets at night right from your back deck. We had a small leak under the kitchen sink on day of arrival, called the rental company and leak was repaired within the hour. House was well stocked with everything we needed. We were in walking distance of many restaurants and even the grocery store. Hoping to come back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the years my husband and I have stayed at several beach front homes and Tiki proved to be a great choice. We love the unobstructed view of the beach and the feeling of freedom it gives us. We are also happy, that we were allowed to bring our dogs along. The living room/kitchen area is so open and offers the best views when you are making breakfast or just watching the sunset.

Wonderful stay

Perfect space for my husband and three teenage sons. During the weekdays, the beach in front of the house was just us and a handful of neighbors. There are two homes on either side that were closer than I expected. The one house had a huge family reunion so it was a bit loud one weekend. Otherwise, quiet and serene. Great location. Walking distance to drug store, great German restaurant and a nice breakfast cafe. It was a wonderful stay. The house is clean and perfect size for my group. Beautiful sunsets from porch. Nice new kitchen for cooking.

Family Get Away at the Tiki

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had seen the Tiki when staying at the unit next door. The porch looked inviting and once we checked in, that was the first place we went to take in the atmosphere. The accommodations inside were fantastic. It looked and felt newly refurbished. New appliances and even a wine fridge! The underneath parking kept the cars cool for outings. breathtaking views of the gulf and sunsets!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You could not ask for a better location, but the property is getting run down. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and creek with any movement, The beach chairs are rusty and unappealing. We couldn’t get one of the stove burners to work. But we still had an amazing time. The house is located at a great spot on the beach. Very quiet! If you like watching sunsets from the porch, this is the house for you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures of this rental do not do it justice. My number one priority when picking a vacation spot is the view and this place did not disappoint. The house was clean and updated and had everything we needed. The rental company is very responsive. The beach chairs and umbrellas were in terrible shape however we asked for more and they were quickly delivered. The house is close to the road so there is some road noise but it was not bad on the weekdays. We would stay here again when visiting the island for sure !
