Directly on the Gulf in Holmes Beach — the beachfront deck faces the water and guests watch dolphins swim past most mornings before the beach day begins. Tiki is a Gulf-front home where the deck is the centerpiece and the private beach access puts the sand steps away.

Vaulted ceilings open the interior up considerably for a three-bedroom home. The updated kitchen has modern appliances, a wine cooler, and dining for six — well-configured for a group that wants to cook seriously. The living area has a 58" smart TV and flows naturally to the deck.

Three bedrooms sleep six. The primary suite has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and Gulf views. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle — the right configuration for families with kids or guests who need flexible sleeping. Two full bathrooms. In-unit washer and dryer. High-speed WiFi. Keyless entry.

Beach gear is provided for direct access to the sand. Three parking spaces included.

One small dog is welcome with a fee — contact IVP for the current amount before booking with a pet.

Tiki requires a one-week minimum stay.

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
