This listing is to rent the entire Kane Villas property, which is a well maintained 5-acre estate in the gated Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve.

This property is GOLD STANDARD CERTIFIED by the Belize Tourism Board; registered under the name Kane Villas.

High speed wifi is available throughout the property. Consistent speed of 80 mbps. Most of the other lodges in the area only have WiFi in their lobbies and restaurants, whereas we have it in our actual villas available for you at all times.

Kane Villas has 3 separate houses/villas (Mahalo House, Pua Villa and Mango Villa). It is a perfect property for retreats, family gatherings and larger groups travelling together. Can sleep 15 people.

All 3 houses/villas have fully equipped kitchens, hot water and high-speed wifi. There is A/C in the Mango Villa and Pua Villa. Mahalo House has ceiling fans and stand up fans.

There is an in-ground pool on the property as well as 2 gas bbq grills. Waterfalls are within walking distance.

Mahalo House - sleeps 6. Two story house with the master bedroom located upstairs with king size bed and balcony with views of the property. Opposite the master bedroom upstairs is a loft area with a queen size bed and a bunk bed (2 twins). Downstairs is a couch and hammock. Also has a full kitchen, bathroom and hot water, gas bbq grill. Ceiling and stand up fans only. High speed WiFi in the house and 50” smart TV.

Pua Villa - sleeps 5. Studio with 1 king size bed, 1 queen bed and a futon couch (equivalent to a double bed). Full kitchen, large bathroom, hot water, A/C, high speed WiFi in the villa, 50” smart TV.

Mango Villa - sleeps 4. Studio with 1 king size bed, futon couch (equivalent to a double bed) and floor cot. Full kitchen, large bathroom, hot water, A/C, high speed WiFi in the villa, 50” smart TV.

We provide all linens, towels, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, seasoning salt, dish soap, coffee, tea, sugar, powdered milk, tin foil, paper towels, toilet paper, body soap, shampoo and purified drinking water.

Our property is completely off grid. We run on solar with a back up generator (20 kw Generac). We have reliable power on the property 24 hours a day.

Kane Villas property has a 24-hour caretaker to allow for easy check-in/check-out, to answer questions, troubleshoot any issues that may arise and for security. The caretaker house is located at the entrance to the property. You can buy beer, wine and soft drinks from him.

Kane Villas is located in Mountain Pine Ridge proper. All visitors that enter the Forest Reserve pass through a secured gate. Our property is located between Blancaneaux Lodge and Gaia Riverlodge. Our guests are always welcome to enjoy the restaurants and bars at both lodges.

It is recommended that guests rent their own vehicle (4x4) while visiting the Mountain Pine Ridge area as most side roads are still not paved. The main road (Chiquibul Rd) is paved.

Mountain Pine Ridge has many adventurous activities and tours to choose from. We are one of the closest accommodations to the Mayan ruin, Caracol, which is the largest ruin in Belize. Other adventures include Rio Frio Cave, Rio On Pools, 1000 ft Falls, Barton Creek Cave, ziplining, horseback riding, as well as many other activities. As an added bonus, Big Rock Waterfall is within walking distance from the house (1 mile).
