One of the newest modern buildings in the area located at Ocean Park which is one the best hanging places for couples & groups in the San Juan area. Located 10 minutes from the Old San Juan, Airport, and Malls. The apartment has 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath, comfortable living area with sofa and a new Smart Flat Screen TV where you can watch Netflix, Prime or your favorite streaming channel. A/C throughout the whole apartment. The bedroom has a Queen bed with desk if you come to work. The bathroom has a walking shower with modern rain faucet.

Walking distance to the awesome aquamarine relaxed and uncrowded beach. At night, no need for taxi. You will be staying steps to the beach on one side and trendy restaurants on the other. Plenty of night life. If you like to exercise, there is a park nearby with views to the ocean.

Free safe parking spot in the building.

The apartment was very cozy and accommodating. It felt like home away from home. Great location for shopping and the beach. The doors and gates took a while to figure out. Getting in with the host instructions were easy. Leaving, locking doors, unlocking gates to leave, etc. was a bit of a challenge. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Located in a very walkable are to several restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated with many amenities, provided. Host was very easy to get in contact with to handle issues and ask questions. Also, being in a gated secured building with a parking spot was definitely a plus.

First time to Puerto Rico

Not knowing anything about where to stay safely, this location worked perfectly for us. Apartment was lovely, well appointed, safe surroundings, walking distance to good restaurants, quick walk to the beach and Uber was readily available. We did not cook, however the kitchen is well stocked to do so. Very comfortable stay here.

Stayed for 4 nights in January. Liked that there were restaurants, beach and grocery within walking distance. Could here occasional noise from outside, but wasn't significant. Had everything that we needed.

Lovely accommodation

The place was spacious and clean as shown in the pictures. They had everything you needed for the perfect getaway. There is so much nightlife near the accommodation. Would stay here again if I visit again.

Ocean Park gem

We stayed for 4 nights. Great location. You could walk to the beach and restaurants. The host thought of all the extras; beach chairs, sunscreen, bug spray etc. It had a washing machine and dryer and the host even left tide pods for it. It was a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

Really nice apartment! Close by a supermarket, good dining spots and more. My husband and I loved our stay. Washer/dryer machine was a plus. Beware, the bed is a little uncomfortable for a side sleeper.

We will be back!

The property was very clean, welcoming, close to a lot of dining options rather by foot or car. Not having to park on the street was great. The building itself felt very secure. Inside the condo, there were plenty of toiletries, dishes, pots, pans, even beach chairs should you need them! Things you don’t think about or may have forgotten (like bug spray), there was some in the bathroom closet. Magda thought of all the small things, she was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

San Juan 2024

The apartment was clean and cozy finding the entrance to the complex was a bit challenging but the host was quick to respond with added help. Lighting in the bathroom was a little dim but we made do.. There were several good restaurants to eat at very close to the apartment. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future.

Celebrating a sweet sixteen.

Overall the experience was good. The bed was not to our liking and too low for older folks like us. The mattress was too soft. Shower had no place to put soap and shampoo except on the floor. We cooked a lot and the kitchen pots and pans were not up to standard. Cooking utensils were sparse. Location was good. Apartment was bright and clean. Washer and Dryer was used a lot and we were glad to have them. Nice restaurants in the area just steps away. Beach is close. Parking was good and needed as not much available on the street. Security was good. Internet was sufficient for me to work and TV was good. Internet did go down for a short time once and the power was out for about 12 hours but the building has a generator though very loud. We stayed 4 weeks and was a good home base.

Great atmosphere and food in this neighborhood will definitely go again. Everything laid out very well but need some updates as left keys in lockbox as instructed but was not supposed to.

It was last minute price was really competitive. Right next to the beach is what my Fiance wanted and it was walking distance to everything but rental scooters where everywhere and Uber was cheap and a quick response.

Vacation

Our initial arrival was loud... we were met with a very loud noise. Unsure if what it was we kept going. Check in instructions were very clear. But the virtual keep, when they say you have a small amonut of time to get to the door you do! Have someone stay at the gate and put the code again. The space was clean and so was the building. Just as pictured. Now the noise, not knowing power issues were occuring we just thought this noise was annoying but contacting the property through vbro was easy and they responded quickly and checked in to make sure power was restored. This building has a generator so we were never without power, but the generator is loud so if it,s in use you will know! Overall I would stay again!
