The apartment is a freestanding structure on a property that houses other apartments that we live or manage. The apartment is completely equipped, it has a Queen size bed and plenty of closet space. The kitchen includes all essentials, including beach towels for you to take to the beach. We also provide WiFi and basic Cable. Air Conditioner provided at both the bedroom and living room.

The adjacent Loiza street is undergoing a resurgence thanks to the establishment of a new wave of restaurants and shops including a 24 hour convenience store. It also provides access to buses to take you to Old San Juan, Isla Verde, etc. You can easily walk to the Condado Center.
