'Sa Sinia den Pep' is a design little villa, where you can use 2 houses.



The biggest house is very bright with a "boutique hotel-style design" and luxury with a lovely double bedroom (four-posted-bed and a Queen size bed) and a walk-in shower bathroom on the ground floor. Wonderful kitchen designed in luxury wood full equipped with high-spec appliances and a Nespresso machine. Oversize sofas, a satellite flat TV with stereo system Home Theatre and Wifi.



Upstairs there is another magical room, an attic room (with a maximum height of 207 cm, minimum height of 145 cm), with a bath close to the bed and with two windows looking to the swimming pool, terraces and the trees of the mountain of La Victoria.



There is another small cosy house outside with surprising walls in original stone with a bed of 160cm x 200cm, a shower with hydro massage system and a toilet. There´s AC in all rooms.



Outside there´s more design in this special villa. You´ll find that next to the old mill there´s a pool with teak terraces looking at the mountain range. There´s a BBQ and a table tennis.



You´ll find all types of sport activities nearby like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba... You´ll also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.



The marina of Puerto Alcudia is just 2 km away. There you can have a nice walk watching small traditional fishermen boats and modern luxury yachts. There´s also a handcrafts market set up every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby you´ll find the beach of Alcanada, one of the nicest beaches in Northern Mallorca.



There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia.



If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...

Gran diseño y arquitectura en una zona privilegiada

Estamos muy contentos de nuestra estancia en esta propiedad. No ha encantado el diseño de la casa, las habitaciones y baños, son muy curiosas. Está situada a unos minutos de las playas y a otros tantos del pueblo.

The expectations from the announce/picture didn’t match the reality

It was really smooth with the accommodation. We got the code to house several days before and the taxi service from the airport to the house and back was on time. We feel the pictures shows something else then it is. the number of bathrooms in the announce! The room on first floor was really low and there are not 3 bath rooms as there is only a zink and a bathtub in the room on first floor, no toilet. The basement room shouldn’t be used as a room! The third room “in the basement” but not are a basement smelled really bad as there was a lot of moisture. We were 3 couples staying. Two with Astma and on pregnant. None of the us could sleep in that room! So we had to put the bed upstairs in the living room, so we all sleep in the main house. Clean the pool more often! The pool was really dirty when we came. A pool/garden guy came Thursday to clean it. It would have been really nice if he had been there sooner as we were leaving Saturday. the announce with the right things! In the announce it said there was a supermarket and a beach some hundred meters away from the house. That it’s true. There is no supermarket and the beach is more like a harbour. You couldn’t swim there.

Great location and spacious accommodation and beautiful gardens

Quiet location - allowed easy walk into Alcudia Spacious gardens with many lovely outside seating areas. Lovely views. Well equipped kitchen Comfortable bedroom Initial questions and requests were dealt with very quickly Not much hot water from the house shower Separate house was damp for use in April Pool appeared to be leaking and not maintained as well as other parts of the property.

Beautiful garden

A beautiful property and a good location. For the price of over 200€ per night, one expects a well-kept vacation home in which everything is in order. This is not the case here. The sanitary facilities are very much in the years. Partly you can find a lot of mold, other places are already completely destroyed. The ping pong table is hardly usable. Furniture and cushions are rotten and no longer usable. Many lights and sockets do not work. In addition, the building and grounds are absolutely not safe for children. I would recommend some urgent renovation. Also, we have noise all day from the construction site in the neighborhood and had to leave the house often. Peace and quiet was never. The location and property are beautiful - you might want to make something more of it and maintain it more.

Nice villa - good location

Enjoyed our time in the Villa. The pool was great and a short walking distance to the beach ,8 min and to old Alcúdia 15 min. However there was a lot of bugs , but that’s also to expect when there are so many flowers and a big garden. The rooms in the Villa was nice ,but the room below the pool had some problems with moist and smell , but was livable. The cleaning was poor and The jacuzzi didn’t we even try. Very good service and follow up by the rental service, fixed all ours issues.

Die Lage ist toll, etwas abgelegen aber ruhig und mit dem Auto ist man in 3 Minuten in der Altstadt. Der Garten ist groß und hübsch gestaltet. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr vernachlässigt und stark abgewohnt, die Fotos hier sind wohl einige Jahre alt und können nicht als aktuell bezeichnet werden. Wir hatten Schimmel in der Dusche, eine defekte Kaffeemaschine, defekte Gardinenstangen die runtergefallen sind, einen kaputten Staubsauger und eine defekte Waschmaschine deren Austausch erst nach 7 Tagen erfolgte. Da einem meiner Kinder etwas unter das Sofa gefallen war musste ich dieses anheben, der Dreck darunter zeigte mir, dass da seit Monaten nicht gesaugt und gewischt wurde, der kleine Teppich war so verdreckt, dass wir ihn nach draußen gebracht haben und erst ausklopfen mussten, absaugen ging ja leider nicht. Die Feuchtigkeit im "2. Haus", es ist nur ein kleines Zimmer mit Dusche und WC, ist so unangenehm, dass man ununterbrochen das Fenster und die Tür offen lassen muss, da der muffige Geruch eklig ist. Der Jacuzzi funktionierte und war auch beheizt, leider aber so schmutzig, dass wir ihn nicht weiter genutzt haben. An einer Lampe im Garten, welche umgefallen war und die ich wieder aufstellen wollte, habe ich einen Stromschlag bekommen, die Hängelampe auf der Terrasse ist, als es geregnet hat durchgebrannt. Der Pool wurde nur einmal in 2 Wochen gereinigt und ein Handtuchwechsel fand gar nicht statt. Das im Garten Ratten rumlaufen ist vielleicht nicht die Schuld des Vermieters, wenn diese dann aber ins Haus kommen ist das sehr unangenehm. Wir hatten uns den Urlaub trotzdem schön gestaltet und wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieser Region Urlaub machen aber leider nicht wieder in diesem Ferienhaus.

Superbe maison a quelques minutes de la vielle ville d’Alcudia et de la plage de El Bacares. La maison est très bien équipée, bien conçue avec une belle piscine, un jacuzzi et un beau jardin. Elle est située au calme dans une petite allée, conforme aux photos publiées. Merci à l’agence et plus particulièrement à Gabriel pour son professionnalisme et sa réactivité.

Ideal place

Lovely villa, just as photos show. 2 double bedrooms in main house another double room with bathroom in annex. Tastefully decorated and comfortable throughout. Excellent cooking facilities we ate in every evening enjoying the view (small child so did not eat in the town). Walkable to Alcudia old town which is beautiful with lots of restaurants, 5 minute walk to beautiful sandy beach. Cot and high chair provided for our daughter and very child friendly. We would like to return and would recommend

Grundstück Hui, Haus/Pool Pfui

Zunächst einmal muss man sagen, dass die Hausverwaltung vor Ort sehr nett und bemüht war. Leider trügen die Bilder/Beschreibungen in jeglicher Hinsicht. Der Whirlpool funktionierte zu keinem Zeitpunkt, diesbezüglich gab es zwar einige Reparaturversuche, welche aber nicht erfolgversprechend waren. Eigene Einstellungen hätten aber eh nicht vorgenommen werden können, da das Bedienfeld abgeschaltet bzw. defekt war. Der Whirlpool ebenso wie der Pool waren zudem sehr dreckig. Der Pool wurde auf Nachfrage etwas gereinigt, der Whirlpool nicht. Die Küchengeräte ebenso wie die gesamte Ausstattung waren sehr alt, abgenutzt und nicht für 6 Personen ausgelegt. Die Waschmaschine musste ausgetauscht werden, ebenso wie der Staubsauer und die Kaffeemaschine. Die Ersatzgeräte waren zwar schnell vor Ort, jedoch leider ebenfalls gebraucht und haben nur bedingt funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank hatte immer wieder Aussetzer. Bei der Ankunft war das Haus nicht gereinigt, auf Nachfrage kam eine Reinigungskraft, die wirklich sehr nett und gründlich war. Zudem kam anfangs nur braune Brühe aus der Leitung, so dass der gesamte Warmwasser-Boiler einmal komplett geleert werden musste, weshalb am 1. Tag kein warmes Wasser zur Verfügung stand. Am 3. Abend ist die Stromsicherung der Außenbeleuchtung rausgesprungen, und bei dem Versuch, diese wieder reinzumachen, sind diverse Glühbirnen im Haus durchgebrannt. Am nächsten sowie am übernächsten Tag war den gesamten Tag der Handwerker (der ebenfalls sehr nett war) auf dem Grundstück und hat die komplette Außenbeleuchtung ausgetauscht. WLan konnte erst auf Nachfrage nach dem Code genutzt werden. Der Empfangsbereich -auch im Haus- war sehr begrenzt. Das "magische" Zimmer (Schlafzimmer) liegt über der Küche und hat keine Tür (lediglich einen Vorhang) und die Decke ist an der höchsten Stelle 180 cm hoch (die aber nur max. 30 cm breit ist) und fällt dann steil ab und wegen der Holzbalken stößt man sich schnell den Kopf. Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist außerhalb des Hauses unter dem Pool und ist feucht, weshalb ein Trocknungsgerät läuft. Zudem ist es muffig und hat nur ein Mini-Fenster, so dass es eigentlich nicht nutzbar ist. Dusche und Toilette sind getrennt, der Abfluss verstopft. Das Grundstück ist allerdings wirklich schön. Die Außenmöbel waren ok. Das Gestell der Hängematte ist allerdings ebenfalls zerbrochen (morsches Holz). Die Aufzählung ist nicht abschließend. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhaltnis leider gar nicht.

Not a bad villa but doesn't live up to expectation

This is advertised as a 6 person villa but if 6 people rent this out they would be very dissapointed. The double room outside of the main house under the swimming pool is damp. It smells damp and musty and is not habitable especially if you have a child which makes this a 4 person villa. The double bedroom in the vaults of the main house has no headroom and no hanging space for clothes. It's not really a bedroom more a badly converted loft. The bath tub is for show only as the water trickles upstairs so you could never fill it up and the drains smell which led to us blocking them. The master bedroom with 4 poster bed is nice and spacious so this is a plus. The bathroom situation in the main house is not good, the only bathroom is basically an ensuite of the master bedroom. It means that whenever the people staying upstairs wanted to use the bathroom they had absolutely no privacy from the people staying downstairs. The grounds are nice and the pool is large. There is a good outside seating area however there were often smells of drain outside, not sure if this is in control of the villa owners or not. To summarise, a couple of small family this villa is a good choice however if you are staying with 3 or more adults im not sure this is the place for you because if the unusable outside room and the poor layout inside as I have mentioned.

Nicht geeignet für 5 Erwachsene, Renovierung notwendig ..

Das Haus ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Als wir ankamen waren wir mit der Reinigung nicht zufrieden, die Bäder hätten sauberer sein können. Das "magische Zimmer" würde ich Erwachsenen nicht empfehlen, es ist einfach zu klein und man kann fast nicht aufrecht darin stehen. In diesem Zimmer befindet sich auch kein wirkliches Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus ist in einem guten Zustand. Das Schlafzimmer unter dem Pool finde ich sehr schlecht. Es ist feucht und riecht modrig. Zwar befindet sich im Zimmer ein Entfeuchtungsgerät welches aber in der Nacht nicht verwendet werden kann, da es zusätzlich Wärme produziert und großen Lärm macht. Wir setzten uns bezüglich der Probleme mit den Vermittlern des Hauses in Verbindung. Die Dame der Argentur war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hätte uns gerne ein anderes Haus angeboten, leider waren alle anderen Unterkünfte der Argentur schon ausgebucht. Das Haus wurde in der Zwischenzeit dann erneut gereinigt, auch im Garten wurden Arbeiten vorgenommen. Wir haben die Unterkunft für 5 Erwachsene gebucht jedoch finde ich, dass der Platz auf keinen Fall ausreichend war. Der Vermieter des Hauses sollte eine generelle Grundsarnierung vornehmen. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis passt nicht..

Very comfortable villa

We have just returned from a weeks break and we had a lovely time. The villa is comfortable and spacious, we were a party of 5 adults. There is everything thing you need and more. The outside area is wonderful, fantastic pool, it was very hot, so it was well used. Lots of lovely areas where you could relax and read etc. The ac is very efficient and easy to operate. Beds very comfortable and plenty of towels available. The small stone room did have a musty smell and you had to keep the dehumidifier on to keep that at bay. Quiet area and a 10 min walk gets you to the old town. Would definitely recommend

Wunderschönes Grundstück, teilweise etwas vernachlässigt

Das Grundstück ist herrlich angelegt mit mehreren Terrassen, schattigen und sonnigen Plätzen. Man hat das Gelände für sich, keiner kann das Grundstück einsehen. Der Pool ist eingezäunt, wichtig für Urlauber mit kleinen Kindern. Das Haus ist großzügig, allerdings nicht für mehr als 4 Erwachsene zu empfehlen (ggf. plus kleinere Kinder), da das Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach eine sehr niedrige Decke hat und keine Tür. Das separate Schlafzimmer unter dem Pool war feucht. Entfeuchter war vorhanden, musste nachts allerdings ausgestellt werden, da zu laut. Die Sauberkeit ließ insgesamt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Um unsere Reklamationen wurde sich aber unverzüglich gekümmert, Abwicklung insgesamt reibungslos. Die Lage ist herrlich, zu Fuß in die Altstadt von Alcudia braucht man etwa 10 Minuten.

Schönes Villa mit wenigen Mängeln

Lage: Die Villa liegt in einem Stadtteil außerhalb von Alcudia. Zu Fuß benötigt man ca. 10 min bis in die Altstadt bzw. ca. 30 min bis zum Puerto. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig. Die Photos auf der Homepage sind nicht mehr ganz aktuell. Mittlerweile gibt es links neben der Villa auch eine Villa mit Pool die vermietet wird. Sind dort Kinder wird es etwas lauter. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war dies aber kein Problem. Ausstattung: Allgemein ist die Ausstattung gut. Geschirrspüler,Waschmaschine Bügeleisen etc. sind vorhanden. Handtücher sind auch in ausreichender Menge vor Ort. Geschirr und Besteck auch. Das Mobiliar außen und innen ist zweckmäßig. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist bequem, man sitzt aber recht tief. Die Stühle in der Küche könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Wenn man ein Kissen auf die Sitzfläche legt geht es aber noch. Die Außenmöbel bestehen aus Rattan, welche sehr bequem sind. Die Sitzecke mit Tisch und Stühlen ist nicht so komfortabel. Auch hier sollten mal die Stühle ausgetauscht werden. Die Liegen sind gut.Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer. 2 im Haupthaus und 1 im Nebengebäude. Das nach meiner Meinung schönste Schlafzimmer ist im Erdgeschoss. Das Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss ist nur für kleinere Leute geeignet und im Sommer bestimmt sehr warm (auch wenn eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist). Das 3. Schlafzimmer befindet sich unter dem Pool. Dadurch ist es dort immer recht feucht, aber auch angenehm kühl. Es riecht halt immer etwas muffig. Aber dafür ist es sehr schön eingerichtet.Der Whirpool sieht zwar ganz nett aus ist aber nicht mehr ganz voll funktionsfähig. Die Tischtennisplatte haben wir nicht benutzt, auch weil keine Schläger vorhanden waren. Der Pool ist OK. Den Grill haben wir genutzt. Für 4 Personen OK , bei 6 wirds schon schwierig. Das Grundstück ist recht gepflegt, wobei es hier aber noch Luft nach oben gibt. Das gleich gilt für das Haus. Bäder und Schlafzimmer sehen wirklich gut aus, aber es müssten einige Kleinigkeiten repariert werden. Türgriffe, Klospülung. Einkaufen/Essen: Einkaufen kann man ohne Probleme und Aludia bei Mercadona. Ich würde einen Mietwagen empfehlen. 2 mal die Woche ist Markt in Alcudia. Ansonsten gibt es den Rest der Woche Märkte in anderen Städten. Fazit: Ich könnte noch mehr schreiben. Geht aber nicht. Mit der Villa kann man eigentlich nichts verkehrt machen. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Auch die Abwicklung war super.Danke ans Team ...we come back soon!!! Hasta Luego

Lovely spot

We have just returned from a lovely week on Mallorca. Our first visit, we found loads to do and this Villa was fantastic with good views (sunrises and sunsets), walking distance to Alcudia and the sea, great hot tub, and all mod cons. Very helpful introduction from the owner who met us there. Pool lovely but a bit chilly in April, though that did not stop the kids! Recommended.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir wurden freundlich begrüsst mit einer ausführlichen, guten Führung durchs Haus und den Garten. Wir bekamen eine Karte von Alcudia, markiert mit empfohlenen Restaurants, Stränden,...Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich und schön. Unsere zwei Kinder hatten je ein eigenes Doppelbett. Unser Hund hatte sehr Freude am Garten, da es sehr gross ist. Die Badezimmer sind modern und schön eingerichtet. Es waren genug Handtücher vorhanden. Im Whirpool konnte man sich gut entspannen. Der Pool war gross und schön, er wurde viel gebraucht. Beliebt war das Tischtennis spielen, er wurde alltäglich gebraucht. Lebensmittelgeschäft, Strand und Stadt waren ca.2 Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Mietauto konnte man gut im Gelände parkieren. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat einen modernen grossen Fernseher mit dem Home Cinema System. Im Esszimmer fehlten für uns einge Dinge,wie Gemüseschäler, Eierbecher, mehrere Schneidebretter. Super Urlaub! Leider war das Wetter an einigen Tagen nicht schön, desshalb ist ein Mietauto zu empfehlen, damit man die Insel Mallorca besichtigen kann.
