THE APARTMENT IS DESIGNED FOR A PEACEFUL AND FAMILY ENVIRONMENT, SO IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE.



Magnificent 2-bedroom apartment with terrace and beautiful sea view. It has a communal swimming pool and is only 20 metres from the beach.

This exceptional apartment opens directly onto the seafront promenade... full of charm, it is situated facing the sea 20 metres from the large Roses beach and very close to all shops and restaurants.

Enjoy the furnished terrace with fabulous sunsets and rest peacefully....

The apartment has two bedrooms, a full bathroom and has air conditioning in all rooms. It is very comfortable with all high-end facilities. You will have access to all French, Spanish, German and English television channels on the flat-screen television.

You will be able to enjoy all the corners of this residence without having to take the car for a perfect holiday.(the apartment has a private parking space inside a closed garage and a room to store bicycles)

Many day and night activities are close to the accommodation (skydiving, water sports, tennis, mini golf....)

There is free internet access (wifi). It has a lift.

Ideal location for a family with two children. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment and we do not accept animals.



The tourist tax is €2 per person/night up to a maximum of 7 nights (children under 16 are exempt). Payment is due upon arrival.

Groups of young people under 30 years old who come to enjoy the nightlife will not feel comfortable in this building.

For the benefit of all and out of respect for our neighbours, we ask our guests not to organise parties and not to make noise after 22:00 hours.

Sheets and towels are not included in the price. If you wish, we can offer you a rental service. The price is €15 per person (including sheets and two towels per person).

For arrivals between 20:00-22:00 a supplement of €30 will be applied.

And between 22:00-00:00, €50.

At the entrance you will be asked for a deposit of €300 by visa (pre-authorisation)
