1/2 mile to Vanderbilt Beach! A wonderful home for families, but is older and we will be updating. 1st floor being completely renovated in Spring/Summer of 2026. Luxury walk out pool being built to create the perfect tropical oasis. Light and airy with vaulted ceilings on 1st floor. Plenty of room to spread out with 2650 sq ft. 4 bedroom/2.5 bath house. 1st floor King Master Suite. Upstairs - Another King Bedroom, Bathroom and Bunkroom that sleeps 6. 1st floor also now has an additional bedroom/office/game room with queen sleeper sofa.

You will find everything you need in this coastal style open concept 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house. It's large enough for two families with spaces to be together dining, at the pool or watching movies on the smart flatscreen TV.

Relax in the heated screened Pool/Spa after your day at the beach. Landscaped to create private oasis. Chaise lounges, dining and sitting areas.

Walkable to:
- Vanderbilt Beach(Voted top 10 in the Country)
- The Mercato is a walkable lifestyle destination with numerous eateries, upscale retailers and entertainment including the luxury cinema - "the Silverspot".
Some restaurants: McCormick and Schmick's, BRAVO!, Capital Grille, Whole Foods

The Ritz Carlton with Gumbo Limbo (top beach bar) as well as the Turtle Club are great places to be for Sunset.

Short bike ride on one of the 4 beach cruisers provided to Delnor Wiggins and grocery stores: Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Walmart, and 2 Publix Markets.

Everything is truly walkable or bikeable once you begin your stay.

Smart flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, beach towels/chairs/4 bikes, pool toys, equipped kitchen and everything needed for an amazing vacation. Initial toiletries, and items to get you started provided.

Outside Barbecue grills are maintained by the guests. You may have to fill the propane tank or clean them depending on the prior guest. 4 Bicycles available for guest use. Guests use bicycles at their own risk. Their condition will depend on the prior guest(s).

Pets may be allowed with approval: Maximum 2 small dogs or 1 - 55 lbs or less. No Cats due to potential allergies. Additional daily fee, cleaning fee and deposit.

Roomy house

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It had plenty of space and was walking distance to the beach.

This is an interesting rating since we were never contacted regarding any issues with the house. With past guests, if something occurred, we've always been able to rectify things quickly and usually have 5 star reviews. Note: In the area it's located, it is larger than the average home but is a very reasonable price for it's size and proximity to the beach.

Great house and location

Stayed here for 2 weeks with my family of five, second week we added my in laws. Plenty of room, walking distance from the beach, and a comfortable pool and hot tub. There’s some deferred maintenance at the property but it did not interfere with our enjoyment. If we required the room, we’d stay again.

Great location and layout

Property had great potential. The layout is great. The location is wonderful. Unfortunately it needed a good cleaning/maintenance check. There were broken items (door, tiles, cabinets, towel racks). The walls also needed a good cleaning. I actually stayed here 2.5 years ago and it appears as if there has been no upkeep since

Kristin We are sorry to hear you are disappointed and will work on addressing additional items in off season. A couple items were on list prior to Ian and were pushed back until May 2023 and some are recent we just found out about. This year was Extremely difficult getting everything ready in time for booked reservations after hurricane Ian in late October. It is still very difficult getting service in a timely manner since the demand is huge in Southwest Florida. We have personally spent over 20k on hurricane damage - redoing drywall in garage, acid washing pool and refilling and treating, new pool heater and filter, removing , cleaning and replacing damaged items, landscaping cleanup and trimming.

Comfortable stay for two families

Great place for two families to gather over the Thanksgiving holiday. Pool area perfect for kids and relaxing. Will be ideal as the nearby public access to Vanderbilt Beach reopens as the area continues to rebuild from Ian. Convenient to restaurants, shopping. Would stay again.

Great beach house

Great place to stay. 12 people: 5 adults, 5 teens and 2 kids. great location close to beaches, restaurants and downtown Naples. Kim was great with communication and dealing with issues (pool heater was broke due to Hurricane Ian. It was fixed and working before we left). Bedrooms are big and beds comfortable. Kitchen is loaded with tons of dinnerware, glasses, pots and pans, etc. Oven, microwave, fridge in good working order. Driveway is big (we had a 12 passenger van that easily fit). Neighborhood is nice to bike/walk around. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Naples Vacation

With 11 family members in our family group we were overall very pleased with this rental home. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. The home was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beach was in walking distance. The only negative at all was that our 6’4” son-on-law ended up sleeping in the couch and our daughter on one of the mattresses from under the beds in the bunk bedroom because the sleeper sofa was not comfortable for them. We all thought that turning that den room into an actual bedroom would be an improvement, especially when renting to big family groups like ours. We loved our Naples vacation, giving it a 10 and this home certainly contributed to this high rating. Would recommend it to anyone.

Highly Recommend!!!

We loved the house, the amenities and the proximity to the beach. I highly recommend this experience, especially because of my interaction with Kim, the property owner. When we arrived the house wasn't quite ready and we weren't able to get in. However what would normally be a frustrating experience was quickly remedied by Kim. She reached out immediately and reimbursed a portion of our deposit. It was generous and beyond professional. Exemplary of above and beyond guest service. Highly recommend this property

Great place for vacation with grandmother & family

Nice house with a great layout for a family vacation with grandmother and grown children. Well furnished. We all loved the pool and the hot tub! We enjoyed sitting by it. Took several walks (and a couple of bike rides !) in the neighborhood and to the beach. Vanderbilt beach is beautiful. (I noticed one reviewer mentioned a smell but the place was clean, most furnishings seemed new and smelled great.)

Large Home ,Wonderful Location

The four of us (2 couples) enjoyed our two weeks in Vanderbilt Beach. The home had plenty of room for us to settle in and spread out. The location was perfect for cycling and walks on the beach. Great restaurants and shops were easy to reach. We enjoyed touring rhe Naples Botanical Garden and the Audobob Corkscrew Swamp Reserve in particular. Thanks Kim

Disappointed in the condition of the home

The layout of the house was nice. Very nice TV, but the house had a musty smell which probably came from the garage which clearly had some water issue- the garage smelled so musty and mildewy. The swimming pool and spa heater was broken. That was disappointing. The positive things were the bedrooms and bathrooms were nice though. It could be a very nice place to stay, but it needs tending to.

Please read all other reviews we’ve never had a problem previously. We worked diligently with Beth to address the issues she mentioned. The controller for the pool and all heating worked on the third day of stay. Nobody else could smell anything different than a garbage in garage since waste management hadn’t delivered new container yet. While there I did have them clean and paint the garage repair people out after stay for any minor issues mentioned. Additionally refunded $1000 towards inconvenience and had offered a full refund if they wanted to move locations.

naples vacation

We had a great time at the property and recommend it highly. Everything was exactly as described, clean, had everything we needed and was close to multiple beaches and plenty of space for a group of 8. Great and fast communication with host. Would definitely stay at the property again. We made lots of wonderful memories and can't wait to return.

Great first Vrbo experience

We stayed here for my husbands 50th and to check out the Naples area for the first time. Great location, close to beach. Rode bikes a few times too. Are and shopped at Mercato and other nearby restaurants. Pool was the perfect end to a beach day and the houses a/c was nice and cool.

Plenty of space. 2 king sized beds plus bunk beds and pull oat sofa make it easy for more than one family to visit here. Pool and spa were great. Location is perfect. 3/4 mile walk to Vanderbilt beach.

Fun in the Sun

Our family enjoyed some fun in the sun (no rain during the day for a whole month!) at this property. Pleasantly surprised that what was shown as the "open" second seating area in the pictures had been turned into a walled room with a door - a get away for some remote work. Perfect location.

This was a very nice, newly remodeled property. High end interior furnishings. Only a few blocks from the beach (same beach as Ritz Carlton). Walkable and easy bike ride. Kim was extremely nice and helpful. We had a few hiccups on our end and she was super accommodating. I would highly recommend this place (and we are pretty critical). Thanks for a great vacation!

Great family vacation;)

This gorgeous house is perfect for families. super great location to everything what you need restaurants, stores, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the Vanderbilt beach. There are nice size pool and hot tub. Thanks to this, we haven't noticed the days with the bad weather. The house was stoked with everything what you need (cooking, grilling and beaching). We were enjoying the bikes and games! The owner was so gracious and helpful with every question! I would definitely recommend to stay here! We can’t wait to come back again)))

We have two young adult sons and know how important a pool/spa is to all northern families. My husband and I are long term rental property owners near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
