There are building renovations going on during the summer/ fall in the common areas of the building- hallways and lobby areas. Our direct unit is not affected.

Mountain Lodge is the best location on the mountain!

We remodeled this condo from top to bottom!! New cherry kitchen cabinets, all new stainless steel appliances, granite island with sink and dishwasher, textured walls, crown molding and luxury vinyl plank throughout the condo. A bunkbed with twin beds is now located in the bedroom along with a queen bed. The bunk bed features Ashley memory foam mattresses for your comfort. The bunkbed is for kids under 18. Extra hooks are conveniently located to hang all your ski gear.

Welcome to our ski condo #357 located in Mountain Lodge. My husband and I personally manage our condo and offer a more personal touch for all of our guests. I hope you will enjoy our condo as much as we do!!

Snowshoe is the island in the sky. The village is at the top of the mountain. Mountain Lodge provides a truly unique ski in and ski out experience. You can wake up in the morning and grab your skis, take a few steps to the slope, and ski down the mountain without riding the lift. You can walk to the village to experience dining, shopping, and a fun atmosphere.

Our condo has its own free dedicated internet in the condo with wireless router so you don’t have to worry about the strength of the Mountain Lodge Wi-Fi. You will have your own private router for easy connections to all your family’s devices. There is a phone in the condo, which allows free Long Distance to the continental US and Canada.

Our condo sleeps six adults and 2 children. The bunkbed is for kids under 18 only. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed and a bunkbed with two twins while the living room has a pull out sleeper sofa. The second bedroom and the living room are equipped with a DVD player and three flat screen TV's, with lots of high definition channels and premium channels included in the lineup.

The kitchen is well stocked and includes a crock-pot, waffle maker, blender. toaster. coffee maker, and Keurig. There are two full bathrooms with a combination tub/shower in each. Our condo is located on the top floor of the building...no overhead noise! The condo has a built-in ski rack when you walk in.

We have a washer/dryer located in the condo. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located down the hall by elevator for larger loads.

Mountain Lodge has its own security-guarded parking lot for Mountain Lodge guests.
Snowshoe is in the middle of nowhere. Plan ahead and bring anything you might need. There is a small general store a short walk across the parking lot, where you will be able to purchase groceries. There is a Dollar General at the bottom of Snowshoe Mountain about 15 minute drive from Mountain Lodge The full size grocery store and liquor store is a little over 30 min away from Mountain Lodge in Marlinton. Verizon service now works!! This is an update October 12th, 2020. Yay! Cell service is limited due to the mountainous terrain. AT&T is the best service provider. Verizon service is very limited in the area, however I am able to make and receive Verizon calls in our condo and in the village with my iPhone. There is a Quiet Zone because of the Greenbank observatory which hinders cell service in the surrounding area.

We have just added a portable air-conditioner in the living room for the summer months to cool off the condo! There are box fans provided as well.

The Lodge offers a spacious lobby with a large stone fireplace that is a perfect location for family fun. ML features a skating rink in one of the atriums with artificial ice; a game room offering over 30 video games and amusements; children's play ground; exercise equipment; laundry facilities, Satellite DirecTV with multiple premium movie channels, complimentary wireless broadband internet and gated private parking. Skating and the playground are available for an additional fee. You may book online or visit the front desk for more information.
The guest service desk is open 24 hours in season to serve you with movie rentals, retail items, and area information.

All Mountain Lodge Guests are strictly prohibited from having animals of any kind.

Smoking, vaping, any tobacco products and marijuana are strictly prohibited in the building, in any condo, any balcony and within 25 feet of the building.

Bikes are not allowed in the building, however bike storage is available in the building out in the parking lot. (See photos). The storage room has hooks, a work station, e-bike charge station and an air compressor. There is also a bike wash station for your convenience. Your door entry code will work for the bike storage room. Bring your own cable lock. (Six foot cable recommended).

Split Rock Pools features an indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and gorgeous views. It is located right next door, adjacent to the Mountain Lodge parking lot. Please note that there is an entrance fee to use Split Rock Pools.

The cleaning fee includes an initial set-up of linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and bath soap. Replacements and /or additional supplies are available for a fee at the front desk.
