Less than a 5 minute walk to beach via the pedestrian bridge, call for a golf cart tram to pick you up and take you across, or just drive over to the beach yourself!

Welcome to Edgewater villa 1006! Open the door and walk in to 1254 sq. ft of absolute bliss! Our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has been updated with new flooring, gorgeous bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, flat screen TV's, full size washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Choose Edgewater GV 1006 for your next vacation!

Bedrooms: Master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV with newly updated master bath and a HUGE walk in closet. The deluxe sized second bedroom has two queen beds, flat screen TV, two large closets, and a connecting updated bathroom with a tiled shower. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. The view off the master is my favorite because there are palm trees blowing in the wind, a gorgeous view of the lake and you are steps away from the heated pool.

Living/Dining Area: In the living room, you will find a full size couch and love seat with a swivel rocking chair and a flat screen TV. Enjoy the quiet location of our villa and step out on to the adjoining balcony to take in the beautiful, serene view of the lake/pool. Feed the ducks, turtles, and fish directly from the balcony!! There is a dining table that will seat 4 and a breakfast bar that seats 3, so there is plenty of room for enjoying a meal with the ones you love most!

Kitchen: The kitchen features new cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and it is fully equipped if you choose to make a home cooked meal. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have been completely updated with new tile, new cabinetry, solid surface counter tops, and GORGEOUS tiled showers.

There is a ring peephole camera for added security.

**Our unit is a short walk to to beach (less than 5 minutes over the pedestrian bridge) OR you can call for a golf cart to come pick you up at your door and they will take you over the bridge to the beach, the lagoon pool, or to Ocean's Restaurant.**

Everything was so nice and also clean. Nice to be comfortable as of you’re at home while on vacation. Great communication with owner as well. The resort amenities were great as well, kids loved the heated pools and the pickleball and basketball courts.

Always Consistent

This was our second time staying on property and it was so nice going back and feeling so comfortable with the process. The house is always clean and this year we knew exactly what to expect as far as what was included in the kitchen, supplies, etc. so that helped a ton. Our kids LOVE the turtles and I love being close to the convention center.

Perfect Condo

The condo was decorated perfectly. It was very clean and a short walk to the fitness center, several pools and the beach. Tara was in communication with us the whole time and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We have stayed at Edgewater resort before, but this condo was definitely better than what we've had in the past. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

The property was just as described. We loved the convenience of the pools. Definitely family friendly. Property manager is easy to communicate with, check in was a breeze. A short drive to the 30A beaches and shopping. The Villa was on the second floor, one flight of steps. A very nice pond of the balcony with turtles, fish and ducks. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Unit was super clean! Communication was great. Location was excellent-the walk to the overpass wasn’t bad at all. I think it was a 1/4 mile from the condo to the lagoon pool-we took a wagon so we didn’t have to carry everything. I would 100% recommend and stay again!!

Great Experience

I have never booked a vacation rental before and have heard stories from other villas in Edgewater about the photos and descriptions not matching the experience but this was great! Tara was so helpful and communicative, the villa was updated and clean, and the location was perfect for constant trips to the conference center. We already booked the same villa for next year!

The perfect beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Everything was as described and even better than we anticipated. The villa had everything that we needed supplied and was very comfortable and beautifully finished. The host, Tara, was wonderful and always responded very quickly to any questions we had. We also loved the resort pools and how close we were to the stunning beach. This was the perfect place for our family vacation at the beach. Thank you Tara!

Wonderful stay, excellent location

We had a great time and loved the Villa. The location was perfect - easy walk to the beach via the pedestrian bridge and several pools near the Villas. The Villa was very clean - even the refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, etc. were clean. We could tell the owners take great pride in their property and maintain it. The beds were comfy and cozy. The kids loved watching the turtles in the pond outside the balcony. There were even beach toys for our kids to use. The only item that was a negative for us was the wicker dining chairs. They aggravated our kids who have sensitive skin but we just put towels down. Overall extremely satisfied and we would definitely stay again!!

Spring away from PA

We stayed at Edgewater for sun and fun while also attending The Seabreeze Jazz Festival. We had sunny days and 75 degree weather the whole time!!! The white sandy beaches were only a short walk from the villa and the pool was in the back yard! PCB is a fun place and the villa is in a great location.

EDGEWATER VILLA

We are a couple in their mid 60s who rented this villa for 18 nights in the last part of March 2023. We found the villa to be delightful. It was very comfortable. very clean. The beds slept well and the bathrooms were very modern and nice. Tke kitchen was stocked with dishes and we prepared many breakfasts there. The balcony had a great view of the pond and was very relaxing. The owner was cordial and responded quickly to the one question we had.. The villa is within walking distance to the beach and to a heated pool and there were many eating establishments and bars nearby. If it works, we would like to stay again next March.

Amazing Condo!

We just stayed here for spring break! This was the perfect spot! The condo is amazing!! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and own deck! My teenager loved having her own room and deck! The master bedroom has a huge walk in closet and large bathroom with an amazing shower!! The other bedroom also has a huge closet. The location is perfect!!! It's a five minute walk to the beach! You can take to golf cart but the walk is so easy it's really not necessary. The only time it may be is if you have a lot to carry. The condo was extremely clean!! Full washer and dryer! Everything you need to prepare a meal is there. You will need to bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. You can rent the umbrellas on the beach but it is a little pricey. We bought one from Lowes that we actually love!!! The only thing that we could have used was a full length mirror. The owner is so nice and very helpful and responds fast! Have fun and don't hesitate to stay here! I forgot to mention the turtle pond! So much fun to drink your morning coffee and watch all the turtles! It's such a peaceful and quiet place! Also, the shopping is very close and grocery stores less than a mile away! Plenty of restaurants to choose from!!! LOVED THIS PLACE!!!! Thank you Tara for everything!

We have two little boys who constantly want to do something...and Edgewater allows us to do just that. With amenities like the golf course, basketball courts, tennis courts, shuffle board, swimming pools and hot tubs, and of course the BEACH, Edgewater is perfect for families! There are so many activities to do at the resort OR you can just sit, relax, and unwind from the world...it's all up to you how you choose to spend your days at our villa.
