From Apr. 4, 2026 through Jun. 27, 2026, The Westin Kā’anapali Ocean Resort Villas will undergo an interior villa soft goods renovation, an exterior renovation, and painting project. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate contractors and construction noise daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. All amenities are expected to remain open.

Beyond the thoughtfully detailed and exceedingly comfortable Westin Ka'anapali villas themselves, you will also enjoy a full complement of amenities and resort services.

True paradise, overlooking a sparkling pool and waterfalls, promises comfortable arrival and departures. For a great dining experience and refreshing cocktails, visit one of three restaurants on property. Two on-site markets provide a range of sundries, snacks, and supplies. The Business Center offers fully equipped computers and internet access. You’ll find outdoor gas grills are perfectly situated for sunset barbeques.

Our villa is stunning. Quality detailing and amenities abound -- including tile flooring, a breakfast bar, full-sized kitchen appliances, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a Bose® AM/FM Wave® radio. In addition, our villa is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi internet access both in the villas and public areas around the resort.

Westin’s famous Heavenly Beds are featured in the bedroom. The equally luxurious Heavenly Bath includes a large shower with separate whirlpool tub, and modern fixtures.

Children are invited to participate in the Westin Kids Club activities. When you're ready to be pampered visit The Heavenly Spa by Westin or if a workout is part of your routine, rejuvenate at the Westin Workout.

Once you get settled in your private villa, you’ll find that it quickly becomes your home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fine set of stoneware and silverware to accompany 4 or 6 persons. The kitchens are also stocked with pots and pans and quality appliances, including a blender, toaster and coffee maker. As you make your way around the kitchen, you’ll discover a lot of other necessities as well, such as a cutlery tray, electric can opener and tea kettle.

The resort offers (2) full service water sports centers located at poolside on the North and South sides of the property. The beachfront area of the resort offers a multitude of ocean water sports. Snorkeling, snuba and stand up paddling are just a few of the many activities you will find here. The friendly and professional staff are available for assistance with everything from pool towels to sun care. Anything you need for the beach and pool can be rented or purchased at either of the water sports centers. There is also a full service PADI certified scuba operation for both the beginner and the most experienced of divers.

Outside, you will be greeted with several beautiful recreation lagoons and heated swimming pool. Also a dedicated keiki (children) pool with a Pirate Ship. There are also four outdoor whirlpools available.

The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas offers a variety of classes and instruction in our south pool including tropical water fitness.

Guest is aware that the resort may assign a location in either the North section or original (south) section of Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas. Concierge Realty reserves the right to confirm either tower, guest acknowledges this and will have no claim in this regard. If guest has a strong preference for a location (North or South) within the resort, it must be coordinated with the rental agent, acknowledged in writing and may change the rate for the rental.

Hawaii State Occupancy tax is collected at the resort at time of check out. Please inquire with your agent with questions.

The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty.  Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations.  Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing.  The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property.  Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
