This spacious home features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for families and groups traveling together. The heart of the home is located on the second floor, where an open floor concept living area allows natural light to flow freely throughout the space. The living room, dining area, and kitchen come together seamlessly, creating an ideal setting for gathering, entertaining, and relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances and a large island that provides additional seating—perfect for casual meals, morning coffee, or evening conversations.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-Pool opens the weekend before Memorial Day weather permitting
-Pool will close between September and October weather permitting
-Fireplace is for decoration ONLY
-No pets
-No smoking
