Luxury 3 BR Villa with Pool - At Playacar II
Welcome to Villa Mayamar in the exclusive Playacar phase 2 subdivision in Playa del Carmen.
It is a 3-bedroom villa with capacity for 8 people. Its main bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom and its own terrace with a view of the garden and the common pool. Likewise, its guest bedroom has a private bathroom and two double beds.
On the floor below is the second guest room with a queen-size bed, private terrace with views of the garden and pool. Also on this floor you can find the laundry room, living room and dining room. All rooms have internet and air conditioning for your comfort.
Right next to the living room is the terrace with a dining area and gas grill where you can enjoy the common spaces such as the pool and its gardens.
If you like golf, the Hard Rock course is just one mile within the subdivision. If you enjoy hiking and swimming, there are many nearby cenotes (natural ponds) just 4 miles away.
To get to the condominium, we can offer you the transportation service from the airport for an extra cost, since it is 45 minutes from the beach. Our concierge will receive you at your condominium and will offer you our various additional services such as grocery shopping, babysitting, excursions, restaurant reservations, and more.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
Early Entry / Late Exit:
- In case of requiring early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.

The top floor offers a master suite with a king bed, en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a private terrace overlooking the garden and community pool. Additionally, the first guest suite provides 2 double beds and en suite bathroom.
