This villa is the perfect destination for those looking to be close to downtown, the beach, while still enjoying a quiet and secure accommodation.

The outdoor area is extremely unique, featuring a spacious infinity pool with great sun exposure. There is also a deck next to the pool for sitting or tanning. In the same area, there is a number dining table and a lounge area to perfect for relaxing in the shade. The outdoor area also has a bathroom and shower, for easy access to use while by the pool.

Inside, there are three fully furnished bedrooms equipped with high quality linens, pillows, and mattresses to ensure your comfort during your stay. All rooms have their own AC units and two of the rooms have their own private balconies. overlooking the pool and beautiful greenery. All rooms have Smart TVs for watching Netflix, Youtube, or whatever streaming preference is desired. In one room, there is a sectional couch, perfect for gathering indoors or relaxing to watch something on the 60” Samsung Smart TV. All of the bathrooms have walk-in showers, brand new faucets and large sinks. They also feature large built-in closets with plenty of room for personal belongings and a safe for valuables, if desired.
