Castle 1131 Oceanfront condo with ocean view beach, pool, bar, tennis, gym, free parking and gym!

This Studio Apartment is located on the 11th floor of the Castle Beach Club Condo and has a striking Ocean View! The condo offers many resort-like amenities; valet parking is INCLUDED, as well as access to the beach, a pool, and tennis court.
There is also a restaurant on site, tiki bar, convenience stores, the famous Turkish and Russian Baths as well as bike rental, travel agency and shops.

The studio apartment can fit up to 4 guests, with a king size bed and a queen size sofa bed. There is complementary WIFI access and cable TV.

The kitchen has the essentials to prepare breakfast or a quick meals, with a double hotplate, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, fridge, dishes and kitchens utensils.

Extra linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, iron, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets.
The bathrooms includes hair dryer. We also provide amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soaps, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper. (For longer stays you will need to replenish).

Housekeeping is done before and after your arrival.

Laundry is located on the lower level of the building. Laundry cards are for sale next to the security desk

This condo is located at 54th and Collins avenue, in a residential area of Miami Beach. It is about 5-10 min drive to South Beach, and 25 min drive to Miami Airport. The area is quiet and family-friendly.

Check in is anytime after 3PM and check out is anytime before 11AM. The security to register for parking is open 24h/day. The door is equipped with a digital lock and your personal code (with detailed arrival instructions) will be sent to you a few weeks before check-in. This property is pet friendly 25Lb max, contact us for pet security deposit ($150)

Great location and views of the ocean were an added bonus. Great swimming pool and bare with access to the beach. Plenty of shops in the complex as well as a bar and restaurant. Valet parking was spot on and car was ready outside when I checked out.

Room was great but the mgmnt of the facility was terrible. Parking level makes it very difficult to move luggage to first floor. Elevators like a prison that only allow you to go to your floor. For 300 rooms there was one working elevator and 4 luggage carts. Press the emergency button in elevator and it takes 15 minutes for someone to respond.

We understand how inconvenient the elevator delays, limited luggage carts, and parking access can be, especially during busy periods. The view was spectacular! The pool was clean and the building was very well maintained. The bed and the pull out bed were comfy. The room was exactly as shown in the photos and there is free valet parking! Very close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely love to come stay here again!

My husband and I really enjoy our stay!!!Place and picture was exactly like the pictures We look forward to staying again!!!Host was excellent... Have trouble with toilet and internet he came within 30mins and the problem was resolved!!! We was very pleased and satisfied with everything!!!

The room and amenities were disappointing. We saw large bugs in the kitchen as soon as we walked in. After emailing the owner, they sent maintenance to fumigate and housekeeping to clean right away which was good, however we remained very uncomfortable for the remainder of the trip. I question the overall cleanliness of the unit. If the unit is fumigated and cleaned after each stay, why is there still such an obvious bug problem? The other frustrations of daily in and out of the building included the elevators, which sometimes required up to a 10 minute wait, as well as the valet parking. It seemed unnecessary to have valet at this site. There were times where the time spent waiting for our car or in line to drop it back off could have been spent easily parking or getting to the car ourselves. It was also difficult to find a place to park while dropping things off- luggage, groceries,etc. Because of all of the room required for valet. Our trip to Miami was great- we both agree that Castle 1131 was the low point in the trip.

Regarding the elevators and valet service, these are amenities managed by the condominium association and are shared by all residents and guests. The condo is old and in need of renovations, however it is clean and the location couldn’t be better! We loved the beach and the road that runs along the beach for walking, riding bikes etc…

The pool and beach are steps away. The elevators were hit or miss when they were working properly and efficiently. The valet were excellent. Overall great place to spend a vacation.

Great price, great stay.

Great stay. Unit as described with all you need for a family stay. Great view of the ocean and beach. Easy beach access. Unit is older but Miami can be expensive and this was a very affordable price plus FREE Parking was great… very rare in Miami. Manager was easy to access and very accommodating to our needs and a special request we had for a later checkout due to my daughter feeling ill. All in all, great price and location would stay again!

Worth it for the money!

The pros counteract the cons. This property stank of cigarette smoke but host promptly answered and put us in another unit that made up for it. The beach is superb in this area and the studio was equipped with everything we needed. Only one vehicle parking is free. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and the view and the beach are all we wanted and needed.

The view from the room was amazing. Everything that was needed was accessible in the room including beach umbrella and chairs. The food on the property was AMAZING. Vanessa responded with answers to any questions in a reasonable time frame.

it's the little things...

first, the ocean view from the bedroom was amazing. however the t.v didnt work, the reqmote needed new batteries, the internet was terrible
