The building itself is an older oceanfront property, which can sometimes give that impression, but we always make sure the unit is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each guest — we’re glad the fresh linens helped provide that reassurance. The unit is intended to be a comfortable and practical space for guests who want to enjoy the beach, views, and location. Valet wait times and elevator performance can occasionally be longer during busy periods since they are managed by the building, but we do understand how that can be frustrating.
