Recently remodeled, modern mountain, BEST unit with vaulted ceilings in Riverbend Lodge.

Spacious living area with plenty of seating for everyone. Large sectional, leather recliner, and comfortable barstools. Snowflake ski lift is located only feet from the door. Riverbend Lodge is truly SKI-IN/SKI-OUT. Check locations before you book. Many properties claim to be ski-in ski-out, but are not. You do not want to walk up hill to Snowflake Lift in ski boots! Perfect location, as Main Street Breckenridge is only 3 blocks away.

Vaulted Ceilings in both the Living Room and Master Bedroom provide a wonderful open, modern feeling to our condo. 65" smart TV's in Living area and Master bedrooms. The 2nd Bedroom has a 32" tv. Down comforters on each one of the beds. King-sized bed in Master bedroom, a queen and twin log bunk beds in 2nd bedroom. Full sized washer and dryer. High speed wireless internet.

Heated underground parking keeps you and your car out of the snow. Indoor private ski lockers. Three blocks from Main Street on Four O'Clock Rd.

Don't feel like skiing? There are 2 hot tubs (one indoors, one outdoors) a sauna, a steamroom and a workout room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything from a blender for margaritas to a large griddle for bacon and pancakes. DVD player available in each room. Games and movies make this the perfect vacation spot. Private rentals only. No subletting permitted.

Fabulous ski trip

Stayed 5 nights with our kids - plenty of space, great location and Janet was lovely to work with! True ski on/ski out right at the base of Snowflake lift. Great stay!

The property is right at the base ofthe lift and a short walk to town. The unit was nicely stocked and in great condition. The garage parking was nice even though we didn’t use our car once we got there.Communication with the owner was seamless and very helpful.

Beautiful Condo

The home comes well stocked and is so beautiful. The location is perfect for skiing and close to the bus for those of our family members that do not ski. The owner is very kind and we loved it . The condo has been made to feel like home away from home , with decor and all the amenities.

We spent 5 nights at the condo and we’re extremely happy with our choice. Great location, cozy/homey decor & furnishings, well stocked kitchen. Best of all - communicative and helpful owners.

Spring break

This property was perfect. It is exactly as pictured and has everything you need. It is perfectly located for ski in/out and close to town. The home itself was very comfortable and had everything we could need. Extremely happy with our choice of this listing. The owners also could not have been helpful and open to communication. Will definitely rent again.

Excellent location!

We had a great experience. This condo is located right beside a rental company and it’s probably 50 yards from the snowflake lift. You can ski back down 4 o clock rd to this place. It’s very clean and cozy. The owners were amazing and offered some amazing recommendations for food. This was a great experience and I would not hesitate renting again. I can’t wait till next time. I highly recommend this place.

Great condo and great location

Janet is a wonderful and generous host and we had great week staying at the property. It is steps from the ski lift in the morning, from the last run down in the afternoon, and an easy walk to town in the evening. The well equipped kitchen and Janet accommodating a pre-arrival grocery delivery meant we could remain self-contained and Covid-safe. Would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful place

Four O'Clock was perfect for our ski vacation at Breckenridge. The condo is lovely - very warm and cozy. We had 4 adults - incl one son and one daughter. The kitchen is well stocked, the living and sleeping areas had all we needed. The location is perfect - easy access to ski lift, a rental place for skis and a short walk into town. Janet was very responsive and helpful in her communication with us. We highly recommend Four O'Clock.

Excellent condo for a family ski trip!

Janet is a fantastic host who communicates superbly with her guests. The condo is extremely close to the Snowflake lift and you can ski right back to it. The beds were comfortable and the showers were devine! Lots of water pressure and plenty of hot water. We found one of the 3 humidifiers was broken when we arrived and Janet made arrangements to replace it that day! We were very pleased with Janet and her condo.

February ski vacation

You can't beat the location. True ski in/ski out. Quick walk to the ticket office to pick up passes. Ski lockers for storage in heated garage (a plus to not have to scrape off your car). We walked into town one morning (I wouldn't recommend this walk at night because it gets icy and the end of the walk is uphill). Easiest drive to restaurants and Breckenridge has great parking. The unit is nice, we had two adults and two children, I wouldn't add anymore because there is not a huge amount of space. Great couch/recliner/TV in living area. Host is super responsive and helpful. We rented equipment from Blue River Sports (half the price of the shop right next to the unit). We rented an Oxygen Concentrator from Mountain Oxygen & Medical supplies (same day delivery).

Phenomenal Home and Top Notch Customer Service!!

I must start off by saying the host, Janet Hardin, is like no other I’ve encountered before! I have stayed in countless VRBOs and the hands on communication and care for her guests was better than a 5 star hotel! My biggest pet peeve is cleanliness of a home and Mrs. Hardin’s home was SPOTLESS! Not a speck of dust or an ounce of dirt! I always bring pillow cases from home and blankets just in case and there was no need here! Also, the photos on VRBO do not do this home justice!!! The home is way nicer in person! Not to mention THIS IS A TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT! Many of the listings on VRBO aren’t true ski-ins and ski-outs! However, Mrs. Hardin’s is located right at the Snowflake lift which brings you to an area of the mountain where you can choose many different lifts to get to other peaks! I cannot rave enough either about how hands on Mrs. Hardin was! She gave me her direct contact so we didn’t have to communicate on this app and answered every question immediately! I will 100% be rebooking with her! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS HOME!!

Great location - ski rental right next door and lift access right out the door. If you don't want a rental car it is not needed - you can just shuttle from Denver airport and everything you need is walking distance (town is short walk down the road). Condo was great - good set-up for a family of 5 where everyone can have their own bed - with the bunk bed and queen bed in one bedroom (and own bathroom) and then a king bed and separate bathroom in a 2nd bedroom. Nice "mud room" area at entrance where you can take off your outdoor gear and store - with convenient washer/dryer which was easy to utilize. Easy walk down to hot tub which was nice after a day on the slopes. Owner was SUPER communicative providing restaurant recommendations and allowing us early check-in. Very gracious hostess. Overall great experience - would recommend!

Great condo & Location

Condo was perfect for a week of skiing in Breckenridge! The beds area all very comfortable, the sectional couch was perfect for everyone to have a spot to relax and the kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the condo and location and will defintely be back.

Wonderful stay

This condo met and exceeded our expectations! The location to ski in/out at the Snowflake Lift was so nice as we could split up as a family when someone was done for the day. The unit was clean, lots of blankets to cozy up with, ample space for ski boots and helmets. The heated floors were divine! Janet was super responsive and lovely to work with. Will definitely stay again!!

Breckenridge ski trip

Very nice property. It would be hard to be any closer to the ski lifts anywhere on the mountain. The condo was decorated very well and well equipped for our stay. Janet was a real pleasure to work with and very helpful about local activities.

Wonderful experience!

What a great property and great owners to work with! Janet sent us information and a video ahead of time letting us know how to ski to the property from the mountain. She was in touch right before our stay and after our stay - great communication m, so friendly and very responsive if we text or called her The location of the property is great - right on the mountain with a great heated garage to put on ski gear and then walk to the lift. We traveled with our 3 younger children and had plenty of space in the condo (kids loved the hot tub at the property!) and it was so easy to get them on and off the mountain. We will definitely stay here again when in Breckenridge. We had a great experience and did not want to leave. Thank you Janet!

We love the family friendly atmosphere of Breckenridge. We chose our beautiful condo at Riverbend Lodge after looking at many other properties. The vaulted ceilings, ski-in ski-outlocation, heated parking garage, hot tubs/ steam room/ exercise room and close proximity to the middle of Downtown Breckenridge made our choice to buy at Riverbend Lodge an easy one. I love to decorate and just finished updating our beautiful condo.
