Beautifully decorated spacious mountain home, great location, close to Yampa Trail and ski resort, free city bus 1 block walk.

3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps a total of 6. Please note NO PETS. NO EXCEPTIONS. This home is not animal friendly.
This large spacious beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home (2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 3rd with direct access to bathroom). This townhome is the perfect location for your next family getaway in a quiet neighborhood close to Steamboat Mountain Resort. Tucked away from the busy mountain base area, this 2 story home includes over 1,680 square feet of living space. It is one of the largest units in the complex. The living room has river rock gas fireplace with beautiful vaulted ceilings and oversized windows allow for wonderful views of the mountain and the rooms filled with light. From living area step out onto the balcony to cook out on the gas grill and wine and dine at the outdoor dining set, all while enjoying the mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen features a counter bar, all of the necessary cookware, updated stainless steel appliances and a rustic table with seating for 8 seats and seating for 4 at the kitchen island. We have a booster chair and mat for a toddler and toddler dinner wear. For our coffee lovers we have a Latte to go machine. Make your favorite coffee drinks or expresso instantly. If you enjoy a regular pot of coffee, we got you covered too.

A beautiful hot tub that seats 6 off of the master bedroom that faces the middle of the complex. This home in one of the few having vaulted ceilings on upper floor. The home has on interior and exterior large, gorgeous hand peeled logs.

The home has a full size washer and dryer, 4 cable smart flat screen TVs, free password protected high speed WiFi, central heating baseboard and radiant floor heating on first floor.

The home has plush hotel grade carpet in all bedrooms and on stairs. Pictures shows old carpet.

Other amenities include a heated 2 car garage. A ski holder that holds up to 8 sets of skis in garage as well as a ski boot heater/forced air dryer for 4 pairs of boots or gloves. Also, we have 5 snow sleds for the kiddos.

We offer starter stock of dishwasher soap, dish soap, kitchen sponge, kitchen wash cloth/towels, paper towels, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, facial tissue, coffee, hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, trash bag liners in our home for your use.

Keyless Lock: This home is equipped with a Smart Lock, allowing easy, secure access to your property at check-in and throughout your stay. There's no need to check in at a separate location!

Ring Doorbell: This townhome has a Ring video doorbell on the front door (1st floor on exterior wall pointed toward road) and on rear service door (1st floor exterior wall pointed at driveway) and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these two public areas of the property. View is only of exterior only.

NoiseAware: We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience and to make sure the full time residents around us are not being affected with excessive noise from our property. -Ski holder in garage holds up to 8 pairs of skis. Also holds snowboards.
-5 Sleds for the kiddos

—Rules and Policies—
-No Pets. This home is not animal friendly.
- A pet will result in immediate eviction with no refund. As well as a $600 charge if evidence of pets per day are found at property. HOA boards members live on site and this is an iron clad rule.
-If Ring exterior video cameras are obstructed, covered or tampered with. This will result in immediate eviction and no refund on entire reservation.
-Although we love animals, pets are not allowed in our home. We do not even bring our own very well behaved hypoallergenic dog to this home. He is boarded when we come to visit to always maintain this home as an animal free home.
-Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am - violations of the noise rule can result in termination of stay. Please do not use the hot tub, use tv or play music during these hours.
-No music played outside at anytime.

-No smoking or vaping. If any evidence of smoking is detected, entire security deposit will be forfeited.
-Must be 25 Years of Age to place rental
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-This property does not accept sport teams and/or players as guests. If you are visiting as a team for a tournament or event, please select another property.
-This townhome will be rented to RESPONSIBLE GROUPS aged 25 AND OVER or FAMILIES only. We trust our home with families and groups of responsible adults only. NO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE GROUPS ARE PERMITTED, REGARDLESS OF AGE. Any group misrepresenting themselves will be DENIED OCCUPANCY and/or EVICTED, and NO REFUND of rents will be made. Any group whose behavior creates a disruption or interferes with their neighbor’s peaceful enjoyment of their property will not be allowed to stay and no refund of rents will be made.
-Trailers are prohibited in our complex.
-Rental Agreement must be filled out and signed with 48 hours of booking or reservation will be canceled.

—WHAT TO BE AWARE OF —

This is a two story townhome with stairs. The main living area and master bedroom is on the 2nd floor.

--The townhome complex has a very strict noise policy from 10pm-7am. --

--Not ski in / ski out --

A/C: We do not have air conditioning in our home. Most homes in Steamboat do not include A/C because it is rarely needed. With our alpine climate, it cools off at night even on the hottest of days. Just open the windows and turn on the ceiling fans. They are additional fans if ever needed in the bedroom closets on the first floor.

Our home is thoroughly cleaned after every reservation, and all fresh linens and towels are provided. We do not provide daily housekeeping services during your stay.

—CANCELLATION POLICY—
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.

—GETTING AROUND—
This home is located on the Free City Bus route, just a quick ride to the base area or town.

—GETTING TO STEAMBOAT—
Steamboat Springs, CO is ideally located in Northwest Colorado just 150 miles from Denver International Airport (DIA) and just 20 minutes from the Steamboat/Hayden Airport (HDN) providing non-stop flights from 11 major US airports. Airport transportation ranges from rental cars, to private and public shuttles.

The home is a superb Steamboat Springs location -1 block from bus stop, and minutes from Steamboat Ski Resort, downtown Steamboat Springs, Yampa River Botanic Park, lakes, rivers, and hiking trails! Steamboat is not only a world renowned ski resort but it is a town with great friendly people. Many shops and restaurants offer entertainment and diversions, or try a soak in the natural hot springs

The Steamboat Ski Resort is consistently rated one of North America's top ski resorts, is known for its legendary "Champagne Powder" and tree skiing. People here are friendly, and smiles abound.

Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before your arrival to ensure optimal comfort and safety during your stay. Our cleaners use a 2-step process. First, cleaning all areas and second disinfecting areas with EPA approved disinfectant for COVID-19. Simoniz Antimicrobial disinfectant cleaner And Alti-Mate Disinfectant. All sheets and towels are washed with bleach. Cleaners wear personal protective equipment including masks and disposable gloves. Perfect for our family
This is our second time staying here! It is perfect for our family of 5. We had everything we needed and enjoyed relaxing at this well-appointed condo after a long day of skiing. It’s a very short walk to the free bus to get to slopes or town. The private hot tub is the cherry on top!

Perfect Place for a Small Group
Kym was an amazing host. Our small group of 5 (4 adults, 1 child) had plenty of room in this beautiful home. It was just a few short minutes' drive from the mountain base & village, so perfect for us on our annual ski vacation. Would love to stay here again next time we visit Steamboat.

Family Magic
We had a perfect family ski vacation here. Kym, the property owner, was wonderful thru the whole process with lots of communication and recommendations. The townhouse was great and the location right on the free bus system was perfect for going to and from the mountain. It was fully stocked and included a pack-n-play, high chair and toys which were a big help for traveling with our grand daughter. There are also saucers and sleds which we took to the local sledding hill at Howelsen Park. The heated 2 car garage also was wonderful for snowy days and includes a boot bench and dryers for gearing up. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a magical Steamboat vacation

Purchasing this home as a vacation rental has made our dream come true. We can have such a beautiful place to stay a few times a year. I hope you enjoy our home and Steamboat Springs as much as we do.

We loved this property because it was so quiet and had a very large garage to store our bikes while there. Most of our neighbors are full time residents and are wonderful people. We are steps from the bus stop for the short ride to the mountain. Also, Whistler park is only .3 miles away for the kiddos. This park has a wonderful play area with slides, swings, all the fun things kids enjoy, a football field and a soccer field.

Very quiet neighborhood. Oversized heated garage. Amazing hot tub that is all yours for your stay. Our home is so close to the resort and to town. Direct access to the free bus route just a few steps away.
