This home is nestled in the prestigious community of Pedregal, a very safe and secure private community located next to the Marina in downtown Cabo San Lucas. It has 7 guest suites, each with its own private bath. Enjoy the amazing views of the Marina and the Sea of Cortez from the infinity swimming pool or the hot tub. Gourmet kitchen in the great room as well as an outdoor kitchen next to the pool. Two guest suites are located on each level of the home, offering privacy along with great views. Walk to the Marina, the tennis courts, and the spa. Literally minutes from the nightlife, the fishing, the shopping, the restaurants, the beach, the sunset cruises, and the entertainment that so many flock to Cabo for! Treat yourself...Come and see what all the buzz is all about!

This property was perfect for our family of 12 for a family Christmas vacation. The 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms on 3 levels gave everyone privacy and nice sleeping accommodations. The owner was very helpful and communicated with me very promptly and was very accommodating to our needs. I would recommend this property to anyone needing a large home for a family/friends vacation.

Awesome house, highly recommend!

This was the perfect location for my best friend’s bachelor party! Easy to get around using taxis, comfortable accommodations, great communication. 10/10 would stay again.

Stay was excellent, house was as pictured and the hosts were helpful and communicative, they had a lot of recs and we used the grocery delivery, driver, and private chef they recommended. They accommodated our early check in request and everything was easy! 10/10

We had a blast!!

The owner responded quickly to all of my messages and he was very organized and thorough. We liked that he had a crew of people we could reach out to for any possible needs. That took the stress out of planning and made our stay so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental!

We had a fabulous time. Mark was fabulous to work with and everything was perfect. From the airport transfers with Rigo to the lady chefs at the house waiting for us when we arrived, unbelievable trip !

Amazing stay!

Large family group during the holiday season. We had such an incredible stay! Home was clean, rooms were comfortable and spread out over several floors so we had plenty of space. We loved the outdoor area & honestly as the other reviews mentioned, the pictures do not do this place justice. We rented a golf cart to take trips down to the beach (not swimmable but absolutely beautiful). The host & house manager provided really helpful information prior to our visit & communicated during our stay. The Pedregal community is gorgeous and we felt super safe. Would love to return for another visit!!

Beautiful home

Great views, everything we needed for our group of 10. Mark and Julie were quick to answer amy questions leading up to our stay and provided us with information on having a chef come cook for us as well as a transportation company from the airport.

We had such a wonderful time on this trip! The house was amazing and the pics online don't do it justice. You have a beautiful sunrise every morning on your back patio. It's a 15 min walk to downtown and 15 min walk to the private Pedregal beach. Would love to come back!

President's Day Weekend Large Group

We were a large group of friends, 13 of us, six couples and one single. We all had our own room and bathroom suite which was great! The accommodations were smooth and the host was flexible with part of our group checking in and checking out at different times. The house was in a great location, easy to get to, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and safe. I would highly recommend using the house manager for your grocery shopping and arranging a meal cooked at the home. We also used Humberto for all of our transportation needs and he did a great job accommodating all of us. Overall it was a great place to stay!

The house was beautiful and our family vacation was wonderful!

The house and neighborhood was beautiful, with gorgeous views of the area. Mark, the owner, was awesome and arranged our travel from and to the airport. He also provided information on the area and was very responsive to our questions, which we really appreciated! The house is gorgeous and plenty big for our group of 12. The cafe across the street served great tasting food and was very convenient for breakfast and lunch. We hope to return one day. Thanks Mark!

Amazing Home , great time , book it !

12 of us stayed at this beautiful home for our mother’s 80th Birthday celebration . We rented golf carts to get up and down the hill ( highly recommend Hardy Carts ) which made it super easy to access nearby restaurants and sights ! Everything was perfect and home doesn’t disappoint ! The Pedregal residential area is beautiful to include a semi private beach for breathtaking sunset photos ! The Cafe directly across from home also lovely ! Thank you !

Christmas Vacation

We were a family of 11 all adults. Two Grandparents, 3 parents, and 6 grand children/children. We surveyed the family and asked if they wanted gifts that would be forgotten in a few months or a trip to Cabo San Lucas for a week over Christmas with memories that that would last a life time. Staying at Villa Bola de Fuego help make that come true

AMAZING

Overall the photos of the place don't do it justice. This property was amazing and we had more than enough room in the house for 15 of us. Car service from the airport was great as well as the chef. We loved being so close to the town but also in such a great gated community. We loved being next to the Pedregal Cafe as well. Breakfast there was delicious and the house came equipped with tennis racquets, a basketball and pickleball racquets. Tonja set us up a great boat for the day and Mark was very communicative. Francisco had great guac and salsa when we arrived along with a fully stocked fridge. Overall would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great place to stay in Cabo San Lucas

This is an excellent location for Cabo San Lucas. The gated community is very safe and just a short distance down to the marina, restaurants/bars, fishing, etc.. There is also a great cafe across the street from the house. They serve breakfast and lunch from 7am - 3pm, closed Sundays.The house is very comfortable and is well equipped if you want to make meals yourself. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool and jacuzzi overlook the Cabo bay. The entertainment system is also great. Download the Sonos app on your phone or tablet and you can stream music both inside and outside the home. The Tele is also nice to have. You may need to download and subscribe to a VPN service if you want to pick up a USA market stream. We steamed the Master's Golf tourney one day via our VPN. For large groups or multiple couples, this is an excellent place to stay.

Great stay!!

Took the family. Ages 1 to 83. Nice clean house. Beds were comfortable. Loved sitting on the deck in the evenings. Nice pool and hot tub. FYI: a lot of stairs between the 3 floors; no hand rails on any stairs. Not really accessible for older people. Hard to keep the littles away for the stairs so we blocked it with the bar stools. No dining table but space for 10 around the bar area. There is a nice picnic table on the deck. Enjoyed the pool table. The owner was great to work with. All I in all a great vacation. Also, rent the boat the owners suggest. It was so worth it.

It’s my birthday

The nine of us traveled to Cabo for my birthday in June. Unfortunately for 7 of us we got stuck on the 5 freeway heading to the airport. We totally missed our flight and got delayed arriving by one day. The house is in a fantastic neighborhood. My son wi arrived on time had to call the assistant manager to let them in because the house was locked up. After that by the time we arrived, everything was smooth sailing. The tank was missing from the fire pit, but we didn’t care enough to notify anyone until we left. The house was tidy, beds comfortable and air conditioners were great. Our only complaint was the poor WiFi connection. It never reached the patio. They might look into a stronger system.

Amazing Guys' Trip

A group of seven guys in our forties stayed at Villa Bola de Fuego in early September. We were visiting Cabo for a bachelor party. The location was conveniently located near the activities we wanted to do, such as marlin fishing, restaurants, and night life. It was easy to get around using Uber. We just had to let the gate know when someone was coming to pick us up. The house was perfect, including amazing views, awesome amenities like the hot tub and pool, and perfectly stocked. The hosts, Mark and Julie, were extremely well prepared for our arrival and assisted in making the stay even more wonderful. They provided information for everyone that could help out with our travel experience including drivers, chefs, and concierge services like pre-stocking the house with groceries. I would encourage anyone looking to stay in the gated community of Pedregal to consider Villa Bola de Fuego. I would also like to add, I don't remember anything in the listing about the view from the road on the upper side of the property, but it was absolutely amazing.

Amazing Vacation Rental

I can not say enough about how wonderful this rental was. It can be hard to find a place to accommodate many couples. This place with 6 one bedroom rooms and one with two beds. This fit our group without breaking the bank!!!.. The house was just as it showed and was in a very safe neighborhood. The house manager Francisco was fabulous we asked for a fan for the room with no ceiling fan and it appeared within hours. It made all the difference to sleeping in that room. We also ran out of propane on Friday night and within 2 hours it had been delivered!!! This kind of service was amazing. Tonja was very helpful in lining up our Covid Tests went off seamlessly. Wish the pool was a little warmer but I know we were early in the year. The cafe across the street in very good and convenient. Walking down the hill was easy even for the old ones and taxi back were plentiful. I would recommend this place for anyone with couples and family. Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms were fully stocked with whatever you would need for the trip. I cannot thank Mark enough for giving me my perfect bucket list vacation.

Wonderful Trip!

Overall, amazing trip and beautiful property. Lots of space, and great views! The owner was very nice. The house manager is very responsive and kind. The chefs were amazing and the food was great! Everyone definitely is trying to make you the most comfortable for your trip. I would definitely stay here again. We flew in during a storm, so the property was definitely affected by the weather. Men came to clean the pool and grounds as soon as the weather cleared up, which was great. However, the pool was green with growth and dirt, and not actually clean at all during the whole trip enough to use. There was a leak in the roof on the bottom floor which someone came to fix the second day. Otherwise, wonderful property.

Cabo is awesome

Everything was great. Patio area could be cleaner Gas range had to be lite with a match and pool did not stay heated. Great location and views. On over all a very nice place.

Just what the doctor ordered

We had a fantastic time. Great house. 7 of us were there celebrating my sons birthday. Pedregal is an awesome neighborhood. The “Fireball” house made is even better
