Villa Beltramo boasts approximately 4,200+/- Sf. Ft. of comfortable living spaceĀ on a grand scale. Once you enter Villa Beltramo you will be captivated by the high ceilings and dramatic walls of glass that illuminate the sweeping vistas of the Sea of Cortez, Pacific Ocean and opulent Marina below.

The main level is graced with a generous living room,Ā sun kissed dining room, Ā three walk-out terraces, a handsome bathroom,Ā and an artfully designed gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is complete with granite counter-tops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a wonderful working island with bar seating. Also, on the main level is the gorgeous master suite complete with a luxurious travertine bathroom with his and hers sinks and an oversized walk in shower. The master suite is also complemented by it's own terrace and inviting ocean views. The second level offers two stately guest suites with their own lavish private bathrooms and balconies.

While the interior of the Villa displays all one can desire, theĀ exterior outdoor living is truly one of a kind. The front exterior lends itself to anĀ approx. 1,800 +/-Sq. Ft. of impressiveĀ travertine decking complete with a salt water pool. You won't have to walk to downtown to enjoy a refreshing margarita... you can enjoy it at your own custom Palapa/Bar with sink and seating for six. The exterior also features an outdoor shower and cabana style bathroom. The sun drenched decking is perfect for all of your entertaining needs and can accommodate large gatherings with ample seating areas!

And, as a hidden gem, the Casita is the perfect room for younger guests. Featuring four bunk beds, and its own private bathroom, it is a pefect place to give them space and let them enjoy their Cabo adventure.

Villa Beltramo is only a five minute walk to the bustling Marina and downtown restaurants, shopping and nightlife, all within the private residential community of Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas.

Perfect Bachelorette Location

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Beltramo for my bachelorette party! It's an ideal location with beautiful views, an incredible pool, and plenty of space for a big group. Not to mention Claudia made the whole experience even better. Her dinner was the best we had the whole trip!

Had a fantastic stay at Villa Beltramo. Check in and communication with the concierge was excellent and helped us plan out a great itinerary for the bachelor party. Villa was spacious and cleaned daily. Location was also great with downtown and the marina within walking distance

Claudia and Megan made our stay phenomenal! House is more beautiful in person than pics show. Fantastic stay and wonderful location in pedregal neighborhood. We also had Claudia prepare several meals and they were fantastic. Thanks for the amazing stay!

This is a great place to stay, we had 10 guys and there was plenty of space. Claudia takes care of you and makes great meals (highly recommended). I would absolutely stay again and the pictures do not do the view justice! Quick 5 minute Uber or taxi into town as well.

Awesome villa! Amazing ocean view with a jacuzzi and pool. House is beautifully furnished and the bedrooms have comfortable beds. Location is outstanding, so close to the Pedregal entrance that itā€™s a short walk to the marina. Had a wonderful time and our host, Claudia was a very nice lady. Highly recommend this outstanding villa you wonā€™t be disappointed.

Fabulous stay at Villa Beltramo!

This property truly checks all the boxes. Great location with proximity to marina and gorgeous views. Beautiful home with all the amenities. And the crowning attribute is Claudia, the house manager, who not only cleans the house spotlessly daily, but is eager to assist with groceries, etc. Mil gracias por todo, Claudia!

The Perfect Stay

We had a group of 12 girls stay here for a bachelorette. I cannot say enough good things about Megan and Claudia. Megan helped us arrange everything that we needed and Claudia was a joy to have around and made us the BEST breakfast. The other reviews are right and this property is gorgeous and is conveniently located. Thank you for making our trip a dream and seamless! I canā€™t wait to recommend this property to others and hopefully be back soon!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time at Villa Beltramo! The communication was terrific and helpful. Claudia did an outstanding job of making our stay enjoyable. Claudia and her assistant cooked us a fabulous meal in villa one evening. I highly recommend using her services at least once. All of the details of the villa were spot on, tons of room and the views were amazing. Lots of neat restaurants and shops nearby and an easy walk to the beach or marina. My teenaged daughter loved the casita. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

60th Birthday Party

This was a girls' trip to celebrate a 60th Birthday! We rented this beautiful VRBO for three nights. There were only 6 of us, so we had plenty of room and our own beds. We had Claudia cook for us two of the three nights. She's Fabulous, and so is her cooking!! She also keeps the house spotless!! Megan was very easy to work with and very attentive. She provided margaritas, chips and salsa upon arrival, and even surprised us with on-site foot massages!! The VRBO is an easy walk to the harbor to either rent a boat for the day, or go to some bars. We also walked to the beach for sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning property, fantastic location

The communication for everyone supporting our stay was FANTASTIC! From the house manager, to the person confirming (and helping with suggestions for planning), to transportation, even down to the security gate - everyone was very helpful and prompt. Claudia is the sweetest house concierge and incredibly thorough. The rooms are spacious and the casita in the back was a wonderful surprise! The only downside was the pool needed maintenance while we were there (which didn't impact us using it thankfully). I just was a bit startled when I saw someone in the pool but didn't know who it was :) Honestly though, I would 1000% come back and stay at this property!

Incredible stay for big group!

This was the most perfect house for a 10 girl bachelorette party! We had people flying in from all over and Megan was awesome helping us organize transportation for each group to and from the airport. Claudia was also absolutely incredible. She cooked dinner for us one night and came and cleaned every day leaving us with fresh towels and clean dishes. Megan was also great helping us coordinate other activities as well! There was a birthday and she worked with Claudia to help ensure she made the most perfect cake. The house was extremely spacious and we could have easily had 4-6 more people. Would stay again for SURE! Want to plan a trip back asap!

Fantastic experience!

Villa Beltramo did not disappoint. The view was fabulous and the house had so many comforts. The housekeeper set up a small crib for our 3 month old grandson before our arrival and each bedroom was so spacious. The main area had a lovely open concept so it was easy to eat and gather together. The pool was warm overlooking the view and we lounged around every morning in our pajamas sipping coffee watching the boats come and go from the marina. The housekeeper is available for cooking for an additional fee but we chose to cook ourselves and eat at the great restaurants in town. A small well-stocked grocery store is walking distance from the house and the house pantry was stocked with several staples. Overall, a great experience!

The Perfect Bachelor Party Villa

We had a group of 9 mid-twenty year old guys stay here for a bachelor party, and it was the perfect location for us! By no means do I consider us a 'reckless' or 'obnoxious' group, but this place was a great place to party responsibly! The main house and villa combination was super cool, and we had music playing on their JBL Partybox (pretty loud, but not recklessly) the whole day while we hungout by the pool, watched golf, etc. Claudia's grocery service was highly recommended, and so was the shuttle recommended by the concierge (helped ensure we got enough space for golf club luggage). The walk to the marina with all of the bars was ~10 minutes for us, and we opt'd to do this versus calling ubers because we travelled together, plus a bit of male privilege. This was the perfect place to stay for our first trip in Cabo, and we'd definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Exceeded Expectations

Villa Beltramo is the place to stay in Cabo. The views are incredible and the pictures do not do it justice. Walking distance to downtown for all the food and excursions you need. We were a party of 10 and the space was more than enough. Megan, the host, was more than accommodating as she setup our transportation from and to the airport as well as answering any other questions needed. We were greeted by Claudia, the property manager, who gave us a tour of the place and offered us delicious chips with guacamole. Some of us had a later flight and they were able to stay a couple hours after check out time. Overall, they made this an unforgettable experience. If you are in Cabo, do not hesitate to book this villa. You wonā€™t be disappointed.

Amazing Time

Our time at Casa Belltramo was amazing. From the very first step of booking, to communications over the next few months before the trip to our arrival and stay. We were a group of 10, there to celebrate some birthdays. Claudia the House Manager is amazing! Honestly she made the stay. She is an amazing chef as well, she did a beautiful meal for us one night, and welcomed us with her delicious Guac and Pico. We had groceries delivered for our arrival, and she cleaned every day and also went over and above with other things we needed help with. Although we never had direct contact with the owners, we know they must be wonderful people... one of the children we were traveling with was sick, they got Claudia to drop off items at 11pm at night for her and then arranged a doctor to come to the Villa. The property is gorgeous, the view is amazing and it's a very short walk to all that you would want to do in Cabo. We had a wonderful time and would HIGHLY recommend this property.

Great views, comfortable lodging, and great communal spaces

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Beltramo! As other reviews have stated, the house is even better in person than it looks in the pictures (though the pictures already look good!). Each room has it's own A/C unit and feels quite spacious - the beds were very comfortable as well. The main house is excellent, but the casita with the bunk beds was particularly well received as the total bed configuration makes it easy for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. My group was very pleased with the great communal spaces. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with kitchenware. The pool area is great to hang out given that they have an outdoor bar and grill right next to the pool making it easy to feel involved even while cooking up some steaks. Finally, Claudia the house manager was an absolute delight throughout our trip. We took advantage of the pre-stocking service so that the kitchen was stocked when we arrived. Claudia also receives you at the house herself for check-in and is able to show you all of the ins-and-outs of the property so you feel at home from the beginning. Excellent service - gracias, Claudia!!!

The best Cabo Bachelorette!

I truly donā€™t know where to begin with this property and experience! Villas Beltramo was an absolute Cabo paradise! It was the perfect location for my sisters Bachlorette party, which included myself and 11 other girls! The Villa fit all of us more than comfortably with enough bathrooms and space for us to all get ready! It was only a 10 min walk (easier not wearing heels lol) to the downtown marina area and just a 3-5 min Uber drive to farther restaurants and beach clubs! Location is a 10/10! Not to mention the breathtaking views from outside pool area of the Villa! From the very start to the end, working with Megan and her team was seamless. She provided many recommendations and accommodated all questions and requests that I had! Transportation to and from the airport was exceptional! I utilized Claudiaā€™s cooking service, which we all agree, was one of the best dinner meals of our entire trip! I also was able to have Claudia set up bachelorette decorations for me to surprise the bride upon our arrival! Villa Beltramo was undeniably one of the best places Iā€™ve booked and stayed at. I would absolutely return to Cabo to stay again!

Villa Beltramo

The location of the house was perfect to be able to walk into town and the marina. Claudia was amazing and made sure we had what we needed every day. The only down side is that the pool deck and pool are only in the partial sun from about 10-1. The pool is in the sun for only a little bit each day and can only be heated if the jacuzzi is not. We were not at the house most days, but we did end up going elsewhere because of that reason. Overall, the house has a nice Mexican charm with some minor things that need to be fixed/updated. And we definitely got some exercise going up and down that hill several times a day! The property manager was also very gracious to let us add on an extra night at the beginning of our trip when our travel planes changed due to a winter storm. Claudia was there when we arrived to take our luggage up the elevator, and they had people there to give us mini massages after a long travel day which was wonderful. Overall, I would recommend this house for the location close to the marina, the services they provide, the cool set up of the bedrooms and views of Cabo and the Sea of Cortez, and Claudia!!

Excellent!

This was one of our favorite family vacations ever. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location - amazing view of both city and sea, especially all lit up at night, and a quick 5 minute walk down the hill to the marina area with many restaurants, and a swimmable beach a few minutes further. The Pedregal neighborhood is lovely, and walking up the hill/mountain and down the other side leads to the scenic (but not swimmable) Pedregal Beach. There are great views on the way, and tennis, pickle ball and futbol/soccer courts that can be reserved. Claudia, the housekeeper and contact there, kept the house spotless and is an amazing chef! She has a catering business and I would highly recommend having her cook a few meals for you. We ate at a lot of great restaurants (Romeo and Juliet, Outpost, Solomon's Landing...) but of all the restaurants we tried, the meal Claudia cooked was by far our favorite! The house had more than enough space for 5 of us (two adults and 3 teens-we didn't even use the casita that had a couple sets of bunk beds). Megan, the concierge, was super-helpful and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities (including Cabo Sails-great snorkel and sunset cruises, which for us turned into whale watching in the evening-I'd recommend that during whale season.) The neighbors we met were friendly and told us about a turtle release on Pedregal Beach, which was quite a site. If we return to Cabo I hope this house is available again!
