"The Distillery" is a 50m2 gite for 2-4 people, ground floor courtyard and private garden. This cottage, located in a former distillery, is entirely new and has been designed by marrying modernity and Charente soul.
The cottage has one large main room and bedroom.
The great room includes the kitchen, dining area and the living room opens onto a terrace and a garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, gas hob, electric oven, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, electric kettle.
The dining area is planned for 6 people (possibility of receiving friends)
The seating area features a sofa bed (BZ type), flat-screen TV and DVD player

The room is furnished with a double bed 140x190 cm and wardrobe
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet incorporates

The cottage is heated by electric radiators cast iron inertia (gentle heat). It is located in a fully enclosed space (garden and courtyard) and has a parking lot

Remarks:
- Cottage completely non smoking. Guests are asked to smoke outside
- Pets are not allowed
- Night and linen towels are provided on request
- Free availability of bicycles
- A baby bed and a high chair are available on request

The cottage is situated in the pretty village of Juillac-le-Coq in the heart of Grande Champagne Cognaçaise. It is located 20 km from Cognac, 15 km of Jarnac, 50 km from Angouleme, 50 km from Saintes and 70 km from Royan.
