In the middle of the vineyards, in a traditional Charente farmhouse in cut stone, the listed cottage is a stone's throw from Jonzac, its thermal baths and its aquatic complex "LES ANTILLES".<br>The little house is located in the oldest wing of our Charente farmhouse made of cut stone. We renovated it a few years ago, a little atypical, it is the old cheese factory, "yogurt maker" of the farm according to our grandmother. <br>We welcome you with pleasure for your holidays, for a cure or your business trips all year round.<br>Bed linen is provided and included. <br>Electricity, water, heating also included.<br>This cottage is composed on the first floor:<br>- a living room with a 21 m² equipped and integrated kitchen - TV, washing machine, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, small electric oven, coffee maker<br>- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed with a 9 m² window,<br>- a bathroom with shower and toilet of 4 m²,<br>- a mezzanine space (15 m² for the part where you can stand) with a 140 x 190 double bed and an extra sofa bed for an occasional guest - Velux<br>- a private terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs<br>The owners live in another wing of the property.<br>Independent terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers.<br>Equipment:<br>Free WIFI internet access<br>Television, washing machine, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, small electric oven, coffee maker. <br>Books and board games are available, and we can make more available adapted to the age of your children.<br>The cottage is in a quiet and wooded environment. <br>Exposure to the rising sun, a very pleasant terrace in summer, you are in a green setting.<br>We are happy to lend toys, books and games for children. <br>The cottage is in a wing of the farm, it is adjoining our house and another cottage. However each one has its garden and its outdoor terrace. We can meet in the courtyard or in the driveway. Everyone is happy to be quiet here!<br>For information if you come with two families, you also have the possibility of renting another adjoining cottage, it is the Gîte Le Figuier.<br>The cottage is in the countryside and not fenced.<br>Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking cottage<br>We do not have an electric car charging station but we will tell you the charging points in Jonzac.<br>We thank you for leaving the cottage as clean as you liked to find it when you arrived.<br>At your disposal but optional: end-of-stay cleaning fee at 50 euros if you do not wish to clean before leaving. <br>We will have the pleasure of introducing you to our wine estate: the Chai du Rouissoir, the Charentais still and the Cognac ageing cellar.<br>We offer activities throughout the year: winegrower's trail in the summer, discovery of the harvest from mid-September to mid-October and breakfast of the distiller at the time of distillation from mid-November to mid-October.<br>Peace and quiet in the heart of the beautiful countryside of Haute-Saintonge.<br>Landscapes of vineyards, crops, forest and architecture of our Romanesque churches.<br>If you want to rest in the shade of our hundred-year-old ash tree, our garden and its surroundings are perfect.
