This modern and spacious Hvar town apartment (65 sq mtrs + 17sq mtr terrace).consists of the elevated ground floor apartment of a spacious Hvar villa. It comprises a large lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen/dining area to the rear of the lounge, three bedrooms (1 king size, 1 doubleand 1 twin bedrooms), 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The apartment sleeps 6.

French doors from the sitting area at the front lead onto a large sunny terrace with partial sea views . The tree in the garden area below also provides some shading and privacy to the terrace. The double bedroom at the front also has doors onto the terrace.
To make your stay on Hvar Island as pleasant as possible, the villa has been equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, and Internet connection.

Location: In a residential part of Hvar town, a leisurely 10 mins walk from the centre, and 5 mins to the nearest beach. The apartment is ideal for family holidays, couples or groups of friends. Travel cot and a high chair can be supplied for your stay.

N.B Our preference is for Saturday to Saturday bookings however we may be able to accommodate other days based on apartment availability

Fabulous self contained flat only ten minute walk to main square. The air conditioning is fabulous!

Would thoroughly recommend this property. Spacious and modern with powerful showers, fantastic air conditioning throughout ( much needed) and a great base to explore Hvar. Met the owners too and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

Convenient for centre of Hvar but quite basic accommodation . Residential area with quite a few apartments. Wifi rather unreliable.

Perfect spot in Hvar

We loved staying here--it was the perfect size for our group of 4. There is a market in walking distance for simple groceries, easy walk to the hustle and bustle of town, but quiet and peaceful in the evening. Comfy beds/linens, AC in all the rooms kept the apt comfortable in the heat, and the patio was fantastic. Our only complaint was the wifi didn't work during our stay which made looking up restaurants, directions, etc difficult. The property manager indicated they know this is an ongoing issue, but the owners have not taken steps to resolve it. Felt a bit false to advertise the property has wifi when they know it doesn't work.

The apartment is perfect, with everything you need!

I stayed at David's apartment with my family (5 people), the place is clean, spacious and with everything you need, including AC in every room. We were greeted by Stipe, a very nice guy who showed us the apartment, gave us some tips about restaurants and things to do in Hvar. There are a couple of supermarkets and restaurants around, the beach is about 8 mins and the town is about 15mins. I highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Hvar!

Spacious and modern with all the amenities. Clean and great air conditioning in every room.

Excellent host, provided assistance for anything we needed (Taxi booking etc). Was friendly and replied quickly. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hvar.

Fantastic Apartment in a Great Location

This apartment was an ideal place to stay while visiting Hvar. The apartment itself was very spacious with a large balcony. The walk to the main square was no more than ten minutes and two beaches located within five minutes. Everything was within walking distance including a local shop two minutes away. The owners were very helpful with the booking, providing details about Hvar and things to do during the day. On arrival we were met by the property manager who were helpful throughout our time there. They sorted out a boat trip for us round Pakleni Island's which I would recommend doing. Overall a great place to stay and somewhere I would defiantly stay again.

Great property, Great location, Great value!

We have just returned from a wonderful 5 night stay at this property and the experience from start to finish was excellent! Highly recommended. From initial contact with David who provided a really informed overview of what we could expect from Hvar for our first time right through to Christina's help and advice once we arrived was totally fantastic! The apartment is set in a good location about 15 min walk from the centre of Hvar Old Town (bear in mind this is an uphill walk on the way back!) so you're close to all the action but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet on the large balcony. Lovely clean and spacious apartment, we were 5 adults in our 30's and never felt that we were 'on top of each other' so all worked out perfectly. Would absolutely stay here again and all in all had a brilliant holiday. Thank you again for an excellent stay!

Great week in Hvar

The apartment was in perfect location, 10 min walk to Hvar Town, 1 minute walk to the nearest shop and 10 mins to the beach. Hvar is absolutely beautiful and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Plenty of good places to eat, definitely recommend taking a boat out for the day to see the other islands and the nightlife was spot on. Looking forward to going back next year.

Excellent apartment, great location in Hvar Town

Our family were delighted with our stay at this absolutely lovely and spacious apartment. It was ideal for our family holiday and if anything looked better than the photos. The kitchen looked like new and had all mod cons, and the dishwasher was particularly handy as we cooked quite a lot. We had some nice relaxed meals on the terrace which was spacious and had a great ambience The apartment itself was very clean with modern decoration and everything that you would need .The air con units in all bedrooms allowed us to stay cool in the night in the middle of a very hot July. It was no more than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Hvar Town with a little local shop just a few minutes walk away. We also enjoyed going to the Pokonji Dol beach which was not too far from the apartment. The owners were very helpful with good communication in the run up to our stay, and also sent us useful general information about Hvar. Overall we had a fantastic holiday in Hvar and I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Very clean and modern apartment that looks greater in IRL then on the photos.

An extra cheer to the host Christina that was so serviceminded that we even got a ride from the supermarket when we had to shop.

Great Apartment

Group of 5 (aged 20-25) lovely apartment and close to the Hvar town (10mins walk) close to the port (10mins). Convenient little shop down the road. Christina was a star and helped us loads, even with the shopping she came and picked us up as we had a lot of shopping. Was given a helpful guide folder which was very detailed. The apartment was clean, just like the pictures- the only change from the pictures is the sofa and tv, which has been upgraded so that was a bonus. The terrace is lovely with a great view and great area to chill. Overall if i was going Hvar again would stay here.

great property

We were a family of five (two kids) coming from NY and Russia to Hvar and enjoyed the accommodation and overall experience tremendously. Owners David and Lynn very helpful and accommodating, property was recently renovated and exactly as described in terms of layout, amenities and proximity to town (10 minute walk give or take). Would come back and recommend this property!

We have owned our house in Hvar since 2005. It consists of a large villa of 2 floors with elevated ground floor. Each floor contains a large apartment, this advert listing relates to the elevated ground floor apartment.

We are a British family (doctor and architect + family) who have enjoyed many holidays in Hvar and on the Dalmatian Coast over the past ten years. Although we are based in Britain our property is managed by our property manager in Hvar, who handles meet and greet, cleaning, changeovers, and any issues that may arise.
