Would you like to spend your vacation in a unique location on Hvar, the 'Island of the Sun'? In the bay of Zarace, only a few kilometers from the town of Hvar, on the island of the same name, lonely lies this beautiful and Mediterranean vacation home. The vacation house is surrounded by pine trees and is located on a beautiful pebble beach. From the terrace on the side of the house you have a beautiful view of the bay. Far from the city noise, this is balm for the stressed soul. You can prepare and taste delicious seafood on your in-house grill and enjoy the high quality Hvar wines to go with it. The interior and exterior are a combination of Dalmatian rustic tradition and modern furnishings. The parking lot, which belongs to the house, is located about 100 meters away. The beach in front of the house is not a private beach and is used by other visitors during the summer months. The island of Hvar can be reached by ferry from Split to Stari Grad. Also the town of Hvar has a boat harbor where you can arrive but only without a car.

The location of the house is magical.

The location of the house is magical. Being there during off-season, not as many tourists have been there. But you have to know that in main season a lot of people may be there, starting early in the morning. You also have to know that the way to the house is tricky and includes high stairs- if you are handicapped, impaired or not very well on your feet, this place might not be for you. The house was beautiful, you will find everything you need there. Only a better solution for the Trash/Garbage would be nice, since it starts to smell very soon in the heat and you will smell it heavily while enjoying your terrace.
