Sea Gull Condominiums unit 806 is an eighth floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach front vacation rental located on Mustang Island. The fully equipped remodeled and open kitchen allows you to enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico as you prepare your favorite meals. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an adjoining private bath with walk in shower. There are two full size beds in the second bedroom. The guest bathroom is remodeled and has a bathtub. You can enjoy views of the Corpus Bay from both bedrooms. Tile flooring throughout. Sit out on the private balcony and listen to the waves roll in and enjoy the view! This condo sleeps 6.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

Nice place to stay with family

this was a great property with beach access. The layout was nice and has a full kitchen. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Great view and balcony.

When I am down at the coast, I only want to stay in a property directly on the water. This unit is perfect--unobstructed beach views, amazing sun and moon rises, endless stars, a fantastic pool, and beach chair service--it was exactly what I wanted! Will be back!

Awesome condo!

Everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Beautifully decorated and well equipped 8th floor condo with amazing view of the gulf. Totally enjoyed our stay even though the weather did not cooperate. We would book this place again.

Comfy condo, remarkable views

Condo was well appointed, clean, and everything in good working order. And while the place is quiet and restful, we nonetheless lost sleep because we didn’t want to leave the balcony, which showcased some stunning sunrises and sunsets. 👍🏻

A Lovely Property

Upon checking in I couldn't help but notice the unit looked just as it did in the pictures. It was spotless! The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. The management was extremely friendly and helpful. I could not be happier with the choice and my traveling companion felt the same. I would be delighted to return to this property in the future.

What a view!

This was the perfect place for our fall getaway! This condo is beautiful, nicely updated, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We were delighted to find such a breathtaking ocean view from the porch and inside living spaces. Grab a cup of coffee, or a Happy Hour beverage, and head out to the comfy porch chairs for total relaxation while hearing the gentle crash of ocean waves. This condo will not disappoint!

The BEST condo yet!

This condo was truly the nicest yet! Roomy, airy, beautifully decorated and well-appointed! The building was lovely, as well. The lobby was clean and well-furnished. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The elevators were FAST! The beach was easily accessed and extra clean! We loved that it was packed down for easy walking on the beach, and those who drove on it (cars, trucks, golf carts) drove safely and respectfully. The property is a bit remote (about 8 miles from Port A), so we needed to drive in for dining out and activities, but this also made for an almost PRIVATE beach experience.
