Welcome to our homes! Twice is Nice is the latest, brand new addition, with access off the alley, parking for three vehicles, partial fencing for privacy. We are right in the heart of Paso Robles on the desirable ā€œWest Sideā€. New construction with all the modern & convenient amenities, including hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, in-floor heating in the two bathrooms. The open floor plan is illuminated by multiple clerestory windows creating an open, light and bright atmosphere throughout the home. Paso Robles has so much to offer and weā€™re just blocks away from a wide variety of restaurants, wine-tasting rooms, concerts & festivals in the park. The Park Cinema screens current films; there are monthly events at the Mid State Fair & the Paso Robles Events Center. Many fine wine tasting rooms surround Paso Robles and are a beautiful, leisurely, short drive away. Just half an hour away by car youā€™ll find Lake Nacimiento & Lake San Antonio, as well as the beautiful coastal towns of Morro Bay, Avila, Cayucos & Cambria ~ the gateway to Big Sur. Keyed entry. City Permit #STR19-0189. ***We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, cream, and sugar for the pod coffee maker and an Italian drip coffee maker. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***

***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

This was our 2nd stay. Great location; Close drive (minutes) from to our favorite wineries ( LAW Estates, Le Cuvier and Niner)! Walking distance to downtown Paso restaurants.

Twice is Nice is the perfect house for two couples to stay while in Paso Robles! The host, Steve, provided everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. The house is very nicely finished, well kept, super clean, and has lots of windows and natural light. The location is wonderful-just a few short blocks to downtown. Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze!Weā€™ve been to Paso Robles 4 times now and this is the best place weā€™ve stayed. We definitely hope to stay here again on our next trip back to Paso. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Came down for the weekend to check out Paso. Really enjoyed our stay at Twice as Nice! Very happy with the clean, updated and centrally located house. Great parking and very nice quite neighborhood! Will stay again if ever in the area.
